If the PDF has a Name and Email listed at the top and bottom of each page you can not share the PDF with anyone else. I believe Paizo will terminate your ability to download any more files if they find one of your PDFs on the internet.
You could print the PDF and let someone borrow it (just like a regular book), but the expectation is that you will get the printed document back. This is incredibly generous as PDFs cost less than printed books and you still get to use the PDF while someone is borrowing a printed copy (unlike a printed book). You'd need to check on this policy. It might only be for PFS adventures.

yup just wanted to clear that up... i new here and dont know the ins and outs of this open source stuff is, certainly dont want to do anything against the rules
Open Source is different from Open Game Content, and aren't quite the same thing. You can freely access many Pathfinder RPG rules on the Pathfinder Reference Document if you need to.
