So, I'm trying to build a character concept that is essentially a suicidal damage dealing type of character. It will basically not care about its own life so long as it's putting out maximum damage/and taking the enemy along with it...
I'm thinking this is probably done best with a Barbarian?
It would need to be a 20 Pt, Society Legal Build.
I'm also thinking the vicious enchantment on my weapon is an absolute must.
Anyone know a similar build already in writing?

Multiclass: Barb 1/Cavalier (Huntmaster) X
Order: Lion
Feat: Extra Rage
Enchantment: Vicious
Stats: Max strength then con
Armor: Mithral Breastplate
Strategy: Pop rage, bestial challenge, lion's call, for the king, and charge in at 80 charge speed with your animals. Pack attack, precise strike, and tandem trip. hahaha

A truly sucidal character has no need for AC, but you need some form of damage mitigation. The answer, Damage Reduction. With this build, the enemies will run out of arrows before you run out of blood.
Invulnerable Rager (Human, Half Orc, Half Elf, or Dwarf all work well)
16 str, 16 con, drop cha for extra dex or str.
Vicious weapons, of course. Adamantine Breastplate for +2 DR /-
Go into Dragon totem for more DR and some energy resist. Pick up Reckless Abandon and Superstition for better to hit and saves.
Feats
1 Power Attack
3 Raging Vitality
5 Weapon Focus
7 Extra Rage Power (Superstition)
9 Improved Crit (Greatsword, or some other big two handed weapon)
11 Extra Rage Power (Reckless Abandon)
13 Raging Brutality
Another feat to look for is Bolstered Resilence, but only if you have a way to negate fatigue (Cord of Stubborn Resolve work the best I find)
Rage Powers
2 Animal Aspect
4 Inimidating Glare
6 Dragon Totem
7 Supersition
8 Dragon Resilience
10 Dragon Wings
11 Reckless Abandon
12 Flesh Wound (Best if you find a way to rage cycle)
This build works a lot better at later levels, but I can attest to it's effectiveness for putting out huge amounts of damage while taking next to none. By level 13 you're looking at DR 14/- while raging (+6 class, +6 dragon totem, +1 rage power, +2 Adamantine armor) and 24 energy resist of your choosing. You even have a fly speed. It does eat through rage rounds though, so just be careful on how often your fly and use Raging Brutality.
Good magic items to look for are: Pendant of the Blood Scarab, Cord of Stubborn Resolve, Ring of Foe Focus, Ring of Inner Fortitude (lesser to greater), Fortification Armor, Phylactery of Physical Prowess, Viscous weapon +x.

The Pain Taster prestige class might also be interesting. It gets damage reduction every other level, so it might mess well with an invulnerable barbarian, and you get various unique bonuses to damage. If you got lethal damage in the last round (even if you were the one to do it) then you get a +1 to attack and damage rolls. You also get sneak attack dice that only applies to slashing weapons and whips. Oddly...the whips always get that extra damage, even if you would not get sneak attack....
There is also a class feature where you spend an hour a day on a training routine that gives you a +2 to any stat. There is a 2,000 gp fee the first time you raise that stat, and again if you decide to switch which stat to boost, but after that it is completely free. You get another +2 to throw around with the level 5 capstone.
Over all, this class is... dark and twisted. But its advantages might be considered worth it for the type of build you want. The only requirements (besides being nongood) are a set of feats you might want anyway: Diehard, endurance, and greater fortitude.

Interesting stuff. I might go with a Barbarian 1/Monk (Martial Artist) X for a suicide-fighter, mainly because the monk seems as though it would be a lot less MAD in a situation where it wasn't concerned with such trivial matters as 'surviving the fight'.
If you can manage it, play an orc. Otherwise human's probably best.
Your basic strategy is essentially to dump EVERYTHING except Strength. How high will your GM let you point-buy? Buy that amount for your Str. Then focus everything on hitting, and damage. Martial Artist lets you pick up Fighter feats for your unarmed strikes or monk weapons at 5th (Barbarian 1/Monk 4) level, which is nice, it makes you immune to your own rage's fatigue at 6th (Barbarian 1/Monk 5) leve. Not to mention of course that this particular archetype's lack of alignment requirements lets you play a barbarian/monk in the first place.
Is this build likely to survive for very long? Not really, you're more likely to die horribly. You basically survive for as long as you can manage to kill things faster than those things can kill you back, and you've got terrible AC (from a combination of not wearing armor and not caring about Dex or Wis) and miserably-low HP (from a lack of Con score), which means everything's going to do a pretty good job of killing you. (Though your saves are nice enough due to the whole 'monk' thing.)
Sounds like it might actually be fun as a niche build, or for a one-shot game though, especially if you can play in a game that starts at 6th level, or perhaps slightly above that. I may try it myself at some point.

Is this a society legal prestige class?

This is kind of where I was at with my current build, but I am thinking about doing a rebuild before 2 if I can tweak it out more:
Level 1: Half-Orc Barbarian (Not sure about Invuln Rager Archetype or not)
Alternate Racial: Toothy
Ability Points: 19(21),12,16(18),9,10,7 = (Rage)
HP: 19
Saves: 5,1,0
Traits: (I haven't decided these officially yet....suggestions?)
Feats: Toughness
Attacks:
Primary: +5 / 2d6+6 (Greatsword)
Secondary: +0 1d4+2 (Bite)
I was thinking about taking Barb 2 for Rage Power: Fiend Totem
Gain a gore attack for +0 1d8+2
Taking 1 level of Ranger for the ability to slap a Lead Weapons Wand on a spring loaded wrist sheath + Gain favored enemy damage and hit bonuses.
Then taking 2 levels of Unbreakable Fighter for the Free Feats, and a nice setup into Living Monolith.
Which at level 6 would have me able to Enlarge as a swift action, swing a weapon that swings for 4d6 base, plus have 2 secondary attacks.
I wouldn't have much of an AC, but I would have reach + some mega damage...and at that point I could easily enchant the weapon with vicious plus I would have power attack.
