Since the magic item creation rules don't state that it must be a specific object for a specific slot just have the same item for a different slot.
Custom Magic items aren't allowed in PFS same for the item creation feats. Asthyril you should probably ask this question in the PFS specific forums, as for your actual question nothing comes to mind other than the protection domain power.

Belt of Dwarvenkind 14.9k - gives +2 resistance vs poison, spells, spell-likes. Also gives darkvision and +2 con - actually a nice item. Makes you react poorly to non-dwaves/gnomes
Various very expensive robes (67k+)
Numerous items from Gods and Magic are cheap, but only add +1 to one save. The also have one or two additional abilities - for instance, Nethys spellsight braces add +1 resistance to will, detect magic, and act as 1/day lesser silent spell metamagic rod (the last only if you worship Nethys), and cost a couple of thousand. Other similar items exist.
At higher levels, magic circle vs law/chaos/evil/good can be extended for a fair chunk of the day - +2 vs a particular alignment

the pfs forums are for pfs specific rules, if i asked this question over there it would just get moved here, since it a question about items, not any specific pfs special rule.

There are non-item ways to boost saves as well: dipping into cleric, monk or paladin can be pretty solid, but of course the viability of that option depends entirely on your character. Then there are the save feats: Great Fortitude, Lightning Reflexes, and Iron Will.
And of course, for PFS you can buy a Player Character Folio and get a 1/session reroll, which you could use on a bad save.

The various ioun stones can help some.
But it might just be better to get the stat enhancing items for dec, con, and wis. Then you would also get the other benifits of the high abilities.
Initiative, AC, hit points, stealth, CMD, perception skill, etc...
Of course those are alot more expensive than the cloak of resistance. So you could consider ways to alleviate the other side of the requirement. Is it a weak character that you are trying to use mule back cords? There are other ways to get carrying capacity. Or something else? But that's up to you if you want to consider that approach.

no, it is a rogue with the moonlight stalker feat, using a lesser cloak of displacement to actually get the effects of the feat. i cannot dip in another class, but it looks like ioun stones and a luckstone can help, and maybe much later buying one of the robes. i already have the book of the seer that lets me reroll or force a reroll of something thats about to kill me, its just my will save sucks.

potions are expensive, and use a standard action to drink, or foreknowledge of combat, which rarely happens. i also wanted permanent concealment to stealth at full speed all the time to keep me from being targeted the first round, since i can stealth at full speed.
my ac is always going to suck, so i look at alternative ways to defend myself, starting combat stealthed with a 34 stealth check (my take 10 at lvl 8) should keep me relatively safe, along with a 20% miss chance. that plus getting +2 to hit for a twf rogue is too good not to wear the displacement cloak.
