It is a good looking d20, I am a bit annoyed the clothes seem to be falling off the model. Natural 1 on dress self check? Sex sells and makes a few awkward I suppose.

You could very well lose that die, if you actually tried to use it. The side with the 20 should be a hinged lid, so you can keep all your other dice inside it.

I think that is mainly the unfortunate angle of the camera combined with the style of top. While the neckline is quite plunging, if it was a 'head-on' view I doubt there would be a risk of any side-boob or such-like.
Back to the original topic: I doubt it would make a very good die, however it would make an amazing dice container. I wounder if she has ever tried making one with a removable top.
