The Version 4.2 Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play has the new section talking about following rules clarifications in forum posts made by campaign leadership, if you are aware of the post.
I thought that the credits for the guide would be a good reference, but then a recent post I read from a 5 star dm said "James (Jacobs) isn't a rules source as he's said plenty of times himself."
So I am wondering who are the people who's posts the guide is referring to?

Mark Moreland has contributed much to PFS, so I am not trying to disparage him at all. However, Mike Brock deserves his due. There's one name listed under Pathfinder Society Campaign Coordinator, and that is Mike's. Mark has had a morphing role in the campaign, serving as the interim manager after Hyrum Savage left last year. If Mark got on the boards and said "X" is the new PFS rule, I'm not going to argue with him. We all have a lot of respect and appreciation of Mark. He's a Developer though. Mike is the one with the Coordinator title, and takes the punches if things don't go perfect.

Doug's got the gist of it.
Both Mike and I are the two staff members most involved in the campaign, and are the current "campaign leadership" as mentioned in the OP and the Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play. Mike's role is as coordinator of the campaign from a logistical standpoint, so questions regarding what is/isn't legal for the campaign, con support, proposed rules changes, etc.; I'm the guy to go to for questions regarding specifics in scenarios. In general, however, we work in tandem on many aspects of the campaign, so if Mike clarifies something regarding a development issue, or if I clarify something regarding an organizational issue, it's likely we've either discussed the matter here in the office before posting or know that we're on the same page about it.

This.

In reference to the aforementioned clause in the Guide about abiding by messageboard clarifications from campaign leadership, does that mean that rules clarifications from persons who are neither Mike nor Mark hold no official weight?
That is correct. If a ruling is made by another Paizo staff member, Mark and I will look to see if it fits within PFS or not. Most of the time, 99.99%, we are going to follow suit with the rules clarification for PFS as we want it as close to the current rules as possible, but we evaluate each on a case-by-case basis.
On a side note, VCs and VLs generally helps clarify rules since we can't be around all the time. So, if you see a rules clarification from any of them, it is generally sound advice to take note of it.

Is my old thread about oathbound paladins being able to fulfill their oaths and take a new one in PFS on that list, Jiggy? :p
I'm afraid not. Here's the (re-formatted) list as I sent it to him:
Jason Bulmahn (it's totally fine)
Outsider weapon proficiency (It's going to come up more and more now)
James Jacobs (0HD outsiders don't gain those proficiencies)
Take 10 (Because it comes up a LOT, and many GMs have mentioned suspecting foul play when a player tries it, which hurts player-GM relations)
Sean K Reynolds (lots of stuff)
Sean K Reynolds (T10 takes same amount of time as rolling)
Sean K Reynolds (the whole point of T10)
James Jacobs (T10 is for all skills; Lore Master allows it in combat)
Attack Action (Because so few people get it, and it's REALLY hard to glean from just the CRB)
James Jacobs (Attack Action is specific kind of standard action)
Jason Bulmahn (Attack Action is a type of standard action)
Glove-style weapons (Because there's lots of conflicting wording in multiple sources, with major mechanical impact)
Sean K Reynolds (gauntlets, brass knuckles, etc. are all light weapons with no relation to unarmed strikes at all)
Perception: Search vs Notice (Somewhat easy to miss from just the CRB text)
James Jacobs (you don't find traps without actively searching, unless you have Trap Spotter, etc)
Deeper Darkness (Because it comes up a lot)
James Jacobs (DD doesn't block darkvision until you hit "supernaturally dark")
Switching hands (Another really contentious one)
James Jacobs (changing grip is a free action, though the line is buried in a bunch of other stuff)

For a slightly longer list of dev clarifications, etc, I have this list.
Not nearly as well formatted as it's mostly for personal reference, but it's useful. There's also a lot of Contributor postings on their clarifying their intent, but ignore those for this!

I dunno about Mike taking punches, he sure dished them out though... OK it was dragon's breathe weapons and not punches... but you get the idea.
Any rec's on which paizo staffer wants to take out one of my characters next?
Jason Buhlman check
Mike Brock check
