Adding Dex or Int to damage?

Advice

What options are there for adding either Dex or Int to damage with melee or ranged weapons? I know of the Agile weapon property and the Dervish Dance feat, and I know several gunslinger archetypes get this, but are there any others?

There's 4e.

Thanks, but I would prefer options other than using a different game system :)

Focused Shot (Combat)
Your anatomical insight adds deadliness to your shots.

Prerequisites: Int 13, Point Blank Shot, Precise Shot.

Benefit: As a standard action, you may make an attack with a bow or crossbow and add your Intelligence modifier on the damage roll. You must be within 30 feet of your target to deal this extra damage. Creatures immune to critical hits and sneak attacks are immune to this extra damage.

Focused Shot is perfect, thanks!

Shadow Lodge

Note that it's a standard action, so I think it'll take away from multiple shots (which require a full round action to do).

Might be a limiting factor for you...

There's Kirin Strike for int damage, however it's got some prereq's that you might not like.

Scarab Sages

The Duelist prestige class adds his level to certain weapons, up to his Intelligence modifier. Would work pretty well with an Agile weapon.

*Edit: Wait, that's AC. NM. The level to damage thing is correct, though.

House rules.

Liberty's Edge

For melee, there is the Dervish Dance feat (Inner Sea World Guide). It is somewhat limited, and requires skill investment, but it is there.

The weapon enhancement Agile (Pathfinder Society Field Guide) might work.

Silver Crusade

For range you have the Fighter Crossbowman Archtype that gets the Deadshot ability, culminating at level 11 with Greater Deadshot

Quote:
At 11th level, when a crossbowman attacks with a crossbow as a readied action, he may add his Dexterity bonus (minimum +1) on his damage roll.

its limited to crossbows, has to be a readied action, and takes 11 levels, so unless you're gonna build a Half-Giant Vital Strike sniper, I don't really see this going very far...

I'd listen to Black_Lantern and try to use this as a guide for a useful house rule.

Careful, you make it too easy to substitute a different score, then strength becomes, more or less, meaningless.

Like charisma?

Grand Lodge

There are a lot of classes that depend on charisma.

And to how many classes is it as meaningless as strength might become to a character that can add dex to damage?

Grand Lodge

I am not going to argue this.

My warning, was to be careful not to make Strength irrelevant.

That's it.
