If you need roleplaying ideas for your 5 Cha, just rent some old Monty Python episodes... play a Gumby and nobody at the table will doubt your sincerity in portraying having a 5 Cha (you'll have to find a way to make it sound "intelligent" though!).

Btw, is your alchemist in PFS? If so how do you deal with Faction Quests?
As somebody who is prone to dump cha in society, not all factions require much face skills. Some require more knowledge or skill monkey style challenges. Add that to the fact that many face mission don't require secrecy, you can have the party help you achieve some of the goals. I certainly don't see any problem of getting the 1.5 average that is supposedly the designer's goal. In fact my low CHA dwarf never failed his missions, and my high level low CHA alchemist only failed a couple (they were really hard secrect missions, oh well).

Just hope that you never fight anything that deals Charisma damage (like a totenmaske). ESPECIALLY hope you don't fight anything that deals Charisma damage with a touch attack and no saving throw (like a ghost with draining touch).
Remember: ANY stat reduced to 0 = helpless (or dead, if CON). :)

What in all the hells made you think it was a good idea to link that here, blackbloodtroll?
Well, I think a good visual of the 5 Charisma PC was pertinent.
I loved this PC, he/she was a very devout follower of Iomedae, who sort of got the ways of proper worship confused. He/She eventually went into Fleshwarper, from Mindchemist/Chirurgeon.

In PFS, I already play a Dwarf Fighter (sword and board, going for the 'party tank' role) with a 5 Charisma. I play him as completely insane.
Not insane as in 'HAHAHAHAHA I'M GOING TO KILL THE WORLD!!!", but insane as in... well... think dwarf from Dwarf Fortress. Deathly afraid of any sizable body of water. Will fight tooth and nail from having to board a boat. (One wonders just how in the hell he got to Absalom in the first place.)
I made him a member of the Andoran faction, but faction missions don't matter to him. Every time he gets one, I deliberately misinterpret his orders, because he's a lunatic. For example, during his first mission he was supposed to look for a derro. He heard 'burro'. He spent the entire mission looking for a mule in the deep depths of a dungeon complex. And I keep track of these missions. When he actually found a burro in a later mission, he proudly brought it in to show his superiors that he could do the job!
(I can only imagine his Andoran superiors doing the Picard headsmack and wondering how in the hell this dwarf joined their faction in the first place.)
This despite the fact that he's got a 12 WIS. Yes, he has common sense. Just that his sensibilities aren't based on reality. He knows better than to go near water. There's CARP in that water! CARP ARE VICIOUS DEADLY!!!

Back to the original question, yes, a Dwarf Fighter with 5 Charisma would go around asking for trouble.
"Excuse me, tall and ugly nobleman, have you seen...?"
"Me shut up? You shut up. Your mouth is so ugly your mirrors have to make Fortitude saving throws."
"Hey, big buns." [Frantic whispers from the Paladin PC.] "I mean, beg pardon, Your Majesty."
"You want to make something of it?"
