Hey, first time poster here but a loooong-time lurker (since '09). I've been looking for a good excuse to start posting for a while now and I figure this is as good as any.
Just want to say thanks for the excellent customer service from the staff at Paizo (especially Cosmo). Your reputation is well earned. Thank you for handling my account issue so quickly and (thinking back on the call) for putting up with my initial rambling. When met with such pleasant and efficient service I feel it's important to recognize such good work so let me add my voice to all the others on the site who echo, time and again, that you guys are the best in the "biz" at what you do.
Cheers,
Tony

You're welcome. Customer Service isn't easy and I respect that. On top of that, I'm kind of shocked how quickly you guys are able to handle call-in issues. I know Paizo's not a large company but it's not what I'd consider small either. There are a lot of gamers out there and the customer-base is world-wide. I actually didn't expect to get through to a "real person" so quickly. So kudos for that too.
Edit: Also, your turn-around time on the message boards is frightening. I've noticed this in the past from years of lurking (that sounds so creepy). I'm still not 100% convinced you're not an actual imp or possibly chained to your desk.

New poster smell perhaps, but it conceals the faint musk of an older gamer. Not that old, but I was there when 2nd edition was released and I have fond memories of the old Commodore 64 games. I've followed that train right on through to 3rd edition and then Pathfinder in 2008. Just never got around to being an active forum member until now.

I've been singing Paizo's praises in regards to their customer service to my gaming group. I'm in Afghanistan right now and every email I send gets an answer the very next business day.
It's such a pleasure to interact with the Customer Service folks that I almost look forward to having an issue arise ... almost.

I'm at the point when I'm anxiously *awaiting* any issues that will force me to contact CustServ, because they are THAT awesome to deal with.
Yeah, it's strange, I know.
Yup trying to find ways to suspend subscriptions, combine orders ... so I can save of shipping isn't all that bad when you have such a nice customer service.
However it might not be such a great idea just to chain cosmo to his desk, maybe the could chain him it the warehouse at nights to help with the current workload^^
