It says it adds a number of spells to the wizard's spell list, but all but one of those spells is already on the wizard's spell list.
So I'm confused as to what exactly it does for you.

Yes, that ability is near useless. It doesn't matter.
You don't take Void Wizard for Void Magic but for Void Awareness, Aura of Prescience and the boss-destroying Reveal Weakness. And having only one opposition school which you can buy off at 9th.
Void is at least as good as Teleport Conjuration and Exploiter Wizard, having one useless ability is not much of a tax when it's so near the very top of tier 1.
As it happens, you do get another non-Sorc/Wiz spell, but it is listed in the elementalist spells instead of Void magic. It's the cantrip Guidance and it's one of the best cantrips in the game anyway, so use it.
Yeah I understand that, I just thought it was strange that nearly every spell it "added to your list" was already on your list, so I assumed I was missing something.
