Hmm. Darkorbit, would you be okay holding off on this character for a campaign or two? It sounds like you're really going in the right direction, but I suggest taking some time to flesh out this character.
Even if you don't do that, I'd like to request something. Would you give me a list of things you see these mountain people doing? It shouldn't be too hard for me to brew something up.
EDIT:Made this in my spare time. I didn't do all the tail stuff, as I figured they didn't need it. The size bonuses are built into their stats. They seem a little powerful, but not extremely so. If you want them to hit Tiefling Stats you can easily add in the tail related traits.

+1 to savior for the first exclamation, gave me a chuckle.
But what if this kid actually needs help? I repeat, as I have before: we were all young once, young and stupid and we didn't understand the rules. Maybe we had a good DM who knew what they were doing and could steer us to playing that most basic of characters, the human fighter, or something else that's easy to do and understand and not OP. But darkorbit doesn't have that, it seems, and we're trying to help out.
If this is just a troll, that's annoying, and I'll take Winston's advice and kill it with fire. But this has gone on for quite a while, I'm willing to think this is an actual problem that an actual person actually has.
Besides, designing a race that's an orcish type with some magic abilities? Not tough, not time-consuming.

Doesn't matter if he is a troll or not. He completely hijacked someone elses thread. If you guys want to help him then start a new thread and let the OP get his answers.
To the OP... I would talk to your player. Its the answer to 90% of DM/Player issues. Its not a You vs Them. Talk it out and come to a compromise.

Is there a way to verify that this person is indeed a 12 year old?

So one of my players, two of his characters died in pretty rapid succession, and he hit the internet and found an amazing Paladin build. Problem is, ever since hes made the character, the combats have literally been him just one-shoting everything that I've thrown at the group. On top of that, hes able to cure every disease and anything else that I can throw at them, and its become rather problematic. I don't really know how to deal with the situation, because I don't think he means to break the game, but he has.
Any suggestion with how I should deal with this situation?
I would not increase the number or power level of the mobs against the party or the paladin.
The rest of the group is not super-powered like the paladin so they should not suffer overwhelming challenges because of one player.
To handle the OP, you need to utilize challenges that will challenge the paladin without killing the rest of the party.
Paladins are both combative and spiritual/moral characters.
Hence challenge the paladin through his spiritual/moral side.
A charmed mob are not evil despite the mind controller's alignment.
A paladin cannot just chop his way through farmers and folk to get to the caster and remain lawful good.
Even worse are mobs of charmed children.
Atonement spells are for minor infractions to alignment and conscience.
Atonement will not absolve cold blooded murder of innocents.
Discover weaknesses.
What does he want?
Forsaken him of that.
What does he cherish?
Destroy or kill it.
Framing a paladin for a false crime is heavy.
Paladins are lawful.
If the villian uses the law against the paladin, then all of his gear and super powers mean little against the law.
He will need to surrender to it meaning be disarmed of all that he owns, or stand trial meaning waiting out an unspecified amount of time till his trial is set (imprisonment until trial date).
Guile and subtlety will kill all sorts, even broken characters.

This thread got jacked SO HARD!!!
Insert "yout mom joke here"
I repeat again to the OP. Play something in the CORE. When you have that figured out then start playing something more advanced.
That's not the OP's problem...

Mirroring everything other people are saying, in that if you challenge him with more non-evil creatures, or ones with HUGE HP perhaps advancing their HD and giving them HP boosts with the feats they get, and con boosting items, you can give him a challenge with an evil badguy.
OR figure out how to get the other players to shine better. Flying and ranged enemies, Massive DR/-
Constructs are great cause the Mage can still buff and control, and Rogue can Sneak Attack them now, right? SO your Pally can tank the golem and let the rogue get in a sweet backstab! cause the Pally seems like the bigger threat to the construct.
Throw barbarians at him. they're great enemies, and by that i mean agony!!!
OR an alchemist with Con as the primary stat for their mutagen
Malastra you ninja!!! i wanted to try to get us back on topic!!!
*Shakes fist* =P

I... I'm a little shocked. You're that desperate to min max like crazy and you play a paladin? I mean, wizard exists. I don't really see the appeal of making a build that one shots everything 'level appropriate'. All you're going to do is move attack or full attack, or smite then attack. At LEAST make a more subtle game breaker, or something that requires thought.

sry to hijack this thread, but i have a few questions for u experts...
Does an armor check penalty affect you even if you are proficient with the armor that you are wearing?
Do you have to beat the enemies armor class if you are firing a spell at him or her?
I will have mor questions, but i just got a brain fart.
Malachi Silverclaw

plz answer questions in order...
The Armour Check penalty applies even if the wearer is proficient.
Spells do not need to hit an Armour Class unless the spell description specifies an attack roll. Even then it's most likely a touch attack. An attack hits if the attack roll equals or exceeds the Armour Class.

what would be my caster level if i was a level 2 magus and lv1 dragi=on rider and lv1 barbarian?... and how ould u calculate it? i am confused, since i have a bad gamemaster
Only levels in that class count toward caster level when casting spells as a member of that class.
For Magus2/Dragon Rider1/Barbarian1, even though you are a 4th level character, you only have 2 levels in Magus, so you're a 2nd level caster when casting spells as a magus.

i haven't seen any spell for magus that requires ac roll...
where will i find if an attack roll is required for a spell?
In the spell description.
You fire a small orb of acid at the target. You must succeed on a ranged touch attack to hit your target. The orb deals 1d3 points of acid damage. This acid disappears after 1 round.
