I had a Shadowdancer PC in my last session who would sneak up behind something, use the full attack action the next round (with all of his sneak attack damage on each attack), and then HiPS. My question is can you HiPS with a 5-foot adjustment after a full attack or do you need a move action to HiPS?
Thanks.

Stealth is messed up. Consider looking at the blog beta new stealth rules.
Anyway, as written:
Stealth "Action: Usually none. Normally, you make a Stealth check as part of movement, so it doesn't take a separate action. However, using Stealth immediately after a ranged attack (see Sniping, above) is a move action."
It says movement, not move action, so a 5' step would probably work.
It's less likely that you would get sneak attack on every attack of a full attack, since the target becomes aware of you after the first attack hits. But, like I said, stealth is pretty broken by RAW, so ask your DM how he wants to run it.

we have a player as well that uses HIPS and it was ruled she could only do it as part of a move action so thus a 5 ft wouldn't work though she could move 10 feet away and then back using HIPS and make a sneak attack if not seen on her stealth role. As far as sneak attack goes she as well gets full sneak attack on every attack of a full attack action as it is supposed to be. The reason is only getting it on a first strike of a full attack means hardly any dmg for a rogue and has been ruled in our PFS area they get sneak attack on all dice where an enemy is flat footed which HIPS makes them .
