I didn't want this to intrude on the Sinister Adventures thread dealing with the re-emergence of Nic Logue and the fate of Razor Coast or otherwise detract from it, however several people there have mentioned a desire to see more of Messrs. Agresta and Logue in print. I talked to Lou about it, and we thought this might be a good time to let the cat out of the bag while people are looking for something like this rather than later when it might slip past interested parties unnoticed and cause them to miss out on it: [/long preamble]
Forthcoming this summer from Frog God Games is a new adventure by Lou Agresta and Nicolas Logue. It is completely written and sitting on my hard drive right now going through development, so this isn't just vaporware. Ideally I'd like to have it out by Paizo Con (and somehow talk Lou into joining us at Paizo Con), but we'll have to see how long the printing and layout takes with the backlog that Slumbering Tsar has created for us before we'll know for sure.
Just so no one gets the idea that Nic has been secretly co-writing adventures on the side while all this has gone on, this is actually an adventure that the two collaborated on years ago for Dungeon Magazine but that got the axe when the print magazine went away. After sitting in a dusty digital box all this time, it has finally found it's way to the light and will feature the craft of Mr. RPG-FEMA Agresta and Mr. Hook Mountain (OMG I'm still having nightmares!)Logue.
So look for SCORNED from Frog God Games later this summer.

I will have to think about this. Love everything Frog God but not a Nick fan anymore after the debacle of SA.
Understandable. Shem, just in case you need to get your money back, you might have missed this.
No worries either way, and not really related to this post. But I didn't want you to miss out in case you hadn't seen it.

I look forward to being Scorned!
I look forward to you being Scorned. :)
Actually I'm really looking forward to seeing this in print. Like I said its the first thing I ever wrote that was accepted for publication, and I've been secretly afraid its cursed.
We submitted it to Dungeon and shortly thereafter they announced the end of the magazine. I've been haunted by a sense of responsibility.
Frog God putting it out will give me an end to my longest running case of creative closure and, I hope, break the curse. Proving for once and all that this adventure is nothing like "the Scottish play."
Seriously though, I think it'll be a lot of fun. Looking forward to hearing what you think of it.

Greg Vaughan presents an adventure by Lou Agresta and Nick Logue, that's almost like Batman, Wolverine and Archie in one comic!
That means I'm sold, bought and whatever else Greg needs to TAKE MY MONEY!
You mean "that's almost like Batman, Wolverine and Cthulhu in one comic!", right? ;-)

Don't worry, Lou. Breaking "not-seeing-print" curses is our speciality.

Sold.
Just a quick question, though, since I can't find the answer in Greg's original post. Is this a Pathfinder RPG module? I suspect as much but it's always nice to know for sure.
It is my understanding that the intent is to convert to Pathfinder rules. I believe the original was written for DnD 3.5.
If I am wrong on the conversion (which I doubt), Greg and/or Lou will likely correct me.

PF RPG and Swords & Wizardry, as mentioned above.
5th level
Typical madcap Nic Logue and Lou Agresta coolness wrapped up in a twisty plot, interesting settings from a giant paddlewheel riverboat--a la Mark Twain--to a tree fort--a la...the ewoks?...hmmm... have to think about that one--with the usual plethora of colorful and sinister NPCs to help, thwart, or simply entertain the PCs as they go along.
Lou did the PF conversion, and I can say it is top notch as it goes through development right now. It will also get the usual FGG S&W treatment.
If you liked Nic Logue's stuff back in Dungeon Magazine, this is a great example of it with Lou's own awesomeness thrown in to boot.
An extremely entertaining and well-written adventure.

A pity we 3.5 players can't get the original version too...
If, after it's released, some fan like Lou or something wanted to post the original 3.5 stat blocks on the Necro or his own RPGAgression messageboards or something as a free fan conversion, I suppose I would not be averse to that.
To be clear, though, I do not have the 3.5 stat blocks, and the whole adventure couldn't be posted like that...just the stat blocks, if that might be of help to anyone who just happened to have triple Greek letters in their board names or something. ;-)

I can do that. Remind me after its released and, assuming its still orthodox with the Frog God, I'll post the 3.5 stat blocks on RPG Aggression
PS Greg, thanks for your praise, but please don't forget to increase the deadliness. I think I was too much a mellowing influence at the time. I've learned better since then. Hanging out with you and Hitchcock too much. :)

Ewoks?! $%#!#$@#%$blastdangVaughan#$@!@#! I did not write anything suitable for $%#^@#@!!* Ewoks. Grr. Did I mention the fort lies hidden in caldera of an extinct volcano? No flippin Ewoks there.

Liking this!
So will we see anything from the ToH rear its ugly head in it?
Is it meant to be a "stand-alone" module so you can drop it in anywhere or will it have its own backdrop? I'm wondering where in Golarion could I plug this....
There's at least one TOHC monster that I've added and a Bestiary 3 monster as well. It's generic setting, so you could put it just about anywhere. Probably Avistan rather than Garund, but anyplace with a river and a forest would ultimately work. The River Kingdoms come to mind, though it involves a hereditary monarchy so one of the countries south or east of Encarthan might work better.
