Hey, I'm looking for any 3rd party products related to a jungle/rainforest setting. Plug away publishers!
Alright, I'll jump in here.
Encounter Pages has one jungle encounter with a monkey swarm and two other encounters designated as forest (unique fey; dire lions; nymphs; dark naga). The forests were intended to be temperate but I don't see a huge reason why they could not be in the rain forest.
Forgotten Encounters:Forests has five encounters designed to include creatures from Tricky Owlbear's Forgotten Foes. This issue features: aranea, brownies, a phrenic greymalin, krenshars, and spider eaters. I believe they were targeted at temperate forests but it wouldn't be hard to move to rainforests for most of the encounters.
Random Encounters Remastered which made Dark Mistress's top ten list for 2011 contains tables for generating random encounters along the jungle river.

You should check out Here Be Monsters: Aching for Blood from Zombie Sky Press. Hal Maclean did a wonderfully creepy job of designing the mosquitofolk, terrible new jungle denizens. It includes a cliffside lair with a stunning map (by Liz Courts) and a short scenario, presented at 3 different levels of play.

Since we have all been invited to plug away... Silver Crescent Publishing has an adventure based at the edge of a jungle in the Realms of Twilight setting. The adventure is entitled Claws of Pelazin.

Sorry I didn't post this sooner, first time I've seen this thread!

This article from Wizard's site has some useful jungle spells written by James Jacobs for 3.5 (and could easily be converted for Pathfinder use).

I take it you already have Heart of the Jungle from Paizo? While it has a lot of Golarion specific setting info, it also has a lot of non-setting specific information on jungles that I find to be incredibly useful!
