Depends on the history, founders, traditions and patrons. You might want to look at which deities, devil or demon lords might have influence in a thing like that.
An assassin guild might be dedicated to the demon lord of lycantrophe and have several lycantrophe assassins among it's ranks and all of it's inner circle members are true lycantrophes, Crimson Moon, Blood Moon, Claws of Night, Claws of (patron name), aside from that consider what the people that deal with the guild might name it, a popular name might stick.

If you absolutely need a name, something innoculous or incidental would be good. Kind of an elevated euphamism. Also could be what the assasins did before their career change. Or a family name of sorts.
Gardeners: "pruning" where needed.
"Mr. Johnson"- ripped from Shadowrun; they can all be "Johnson"
Toshers: Historically, they sifted through the sewers looking for anything of value that got lost. Unusual word, and a tosher would do anything for money. Con: Not very sophisticated origin.
Flushermen: Remove the "waste" similar to "plumber"
anything that sounds like an organic moniker more than an official name really.
