can i use that feat with the bombs?
Deadly Aim: "The bonus damage does not apply to touch attacks or effects that do not deal hit point damage."
Bomb (Su): "Thrown bombs have a range of 20 feet and use the Throw Splash Weapon special attack."
Throw Splash Weapon: "To attack with a splash weapon, make a ranged touch attack against the target."

Grick summed it up very well. Bombs use a ranged touch attack delivery method, and are thus disqualified from use with the feat.

Would the bonus damage from the Deadly Aim feat apply to the arrow and the acid I place on the arrow with the Grenadier archetype ability Alchemical Weapon(su)? So 1d8+2 for the arrow and 1d6+2 for the acid on the arrow?
Alchemical Weapon (Su)
At 2nd level, a grenadier can infuse a weapon or piece of ammunition with a single harmful alchemical liquid or powder, such as alchemist’s fire or sneezing powder, as a move action. This action consumes the alchemical item, but transfers its effect to the weapon in question.
The alchemical item takes full effect on the next creature struck by the weapon, but does not splash, spread, or otherwise affect additional targets. Any extra damage added is treated like bonus dice of damage, and is not doubled on a critical hit. The alchemical treatment causes no harm to the weapon treated, and wears off 1 minute after application if no blow is struck. At 6th level, a grenadier can use her alchemical weapon ability as a swift action. At 15th level, this ability becomes a free action.

You can make exceptionally deadly ranged attacks by pinpointing a foe's weak spot, at the expense of making the attack less likely to succeed.
Prerequisites: Dex 13, base attack bonus +1.
Benefit: You can choose to take a –1 penalty on all ranged attack rolls to gain a +2 bonus on all ranged damage rolls. When your base attack bonus reaches +4, and every +4 thereafter, the penalty increases by –1 and the bonus to damage increases by +2. You must choose to use this feat before making an attack roll and its effects last until your next turn. The bonus damage does not apply to touch attacks or effects that do not deal hit point damage.

Both of these add bonuses to the damage of the arrow. The arrow would deal its normal damage plus the bonus damage from Deadly Aim and the bonus damage from Alchemical Weapon.
