OK, after a TPK due to very bad rolls and some dumb choices my summoner is no more which was sad because I had a real fun background history. So we have re-rolled new characters and I made a Holy Assassin ( Inquisitor 1/ Ninja 5).
While building this character I took the ninja trick: Rogue Talent to gain weapon finesse talent. I am also under the impression, that because Ninjas are an alternate rogue class and can gain rogue talents through ninja tricks that it might be possible for a ninja to take the extra rogue talent feat.
Now, personally I would like a extra ninja trick feat and there will probably be one when the UC book comes out, but one should never assume.

Note, you can only take Rogue Talent option once. But if you took it, I guess you could take extra Rogue talent, but that would only grant an extra Rogue Talent not a Ninja one (since it says Rogue).

Rogue Talent: The ninja can select a rogue talent in place of a ninja trick. The ninja cannot select a rogue talent that has the same name as a ninja trick.
Extra rogue talent
Prerequisite: Rogue talent class feature.
Benefit: You gain one additional rogue talent. You must meet all of the prerequisites for this rogue talent.
Special: You can gain Extra Rogue Talent multiple times.
You have a rogue talent. I'm inclined to say yes. My only concern is that
I'm not entirely certain if you have the rogue talent class feature.
My inclination would be to say 'no'. But, since every new base class to come out so far has had an "extra X" feat in the same book, there will almost certainly be an "Extra Trick" feat in Ultimate Combat. So...wait six weeks.
Ha, well with in that time my character might be dead. My GM has NPC's that actually use tactics.
Anyways is that when UC book is coming out?
