SPECIAL ABILITIES
Aura of Good (Ex) You project a faint good aura.
Bonus Feat Humans select one extra feat at 1st level.
Channel Positive Energy (Su) You can unleash a wave of positive energy. You must choose to deal 1d6 points of positive energy damage to undead creatures or to heal living creatures of 1d6 points of damage. Creatures that take damage from channeled energy receive a DC 15 Will save to halve the damage. You can use this abilty 5 times per day.
Finding Haleen You never knew your parents--perhaps they died when you were a child, or maybe you were taken from them and raised elsewhere as a slave. You owe your sanity and your life to a woman named Haleen.
Flame of the Dawnflower (Sarenrae) You have been raised to view yourself as a blade in Sarenrae's service, or you have taken that duty on for yourself. Whenever you score a critical hit with a scimitar, you deal an additional 2 points of fire damage to your target.
Orisons You can prepare a number of orisons, or 0-level spells. These spells are cast like any other spells, but they are not expended when used and may be used again.
Restorative Touch (Su) You can touch a creature, letting the healing power of your deity from through you to relieve the creature of a minor condition. Your touch can remove the dazed, fatigued, shaken, sickened, or staggered condition. You choose which condition is removed. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier.
Sacred Conduit Your birth was particularly painful and difficult for your mother, who needed potent divine magic to ensure you survived; your mother may or may not have survived. In any event, the magic infused you from an early age, and you now channel divine energy with greater ease than most. Whenever you channel energy, you gain a +1 trait bonus to the save DC of your channeled energy.
Skilled Humans gain an additional skill rank at first level and one additional rank whenever they gain a level.
Spontaneous Casting You can channel stored spell energy into healing spells that you did not prepare ahead of time. You can "lose" any prepared spell that is not an orison or domain spell in order to cast any cure spell of the same spell level or lower (a cure spell is any spell with "Cure" in its name).
Touch of Glory (Sp) You can cause you hand to shimmer with divine radiance, allowing you to touch a creature as a standard action and give it a +1 bonus to a single Charisma-based skill check or Charisma ability check. This ability lasts for one hour or until the creature touched elects to apply the bonus to a roll. You can use this ability to grant the bonus 6 times per day.

Submission:
N Human Cleric of Nethys
Traits:Natural Born Leader, Missionary, Indomitable Faith
Assan is a man obsessed with balance. For him life's ills are caused by imbalance. A man who does no balance exercise with with his meals will grow fat. A man who obsesses over his wife will grow adulterous. Disillusioned by what he viewed as the egotistical and self obsessed church of Irori he chose the balance of Nethys as his model. Nethys does nto require his worshipers to be good or evil only to use magic. Through magic and through Nethys, Assan wishes to bring the philosophy of balance. He has spent his entire adult life preaching balance andhas recently taken up adventuring as proof of concept for his philosophy.
This being said he is not an evil man. He will save orphans from a burning building but he'll likely leave the kittens. He will probably Death Knell (if only he could cast it) all the foes he comes across but use the power gained to save a town from bandits. Magic for him is a tool as Nethys demands, not a goal, but a means to an end.
How are your views on necromancy? Assan is very much a neutral character in that he has no qualms about using the evil of necromancy for good acts or for using a summoned celestial to do somethinng morally questionable. Also what of the Leadership feat? I'm envisioning this character eventually building a following and new branch of NEthys's church.
Would you like a more completed sheet also? More background detail?

I personally am a fan of necromancy, but do keep in mind that you would have to deal with the stigma in-character, and that NPCs most likely would not approve.
I won't stop your character from performing necromancy. But you will have to deal with the consequences as ... "realistically" (I dislike using that word) as you'd think you'd have to.

Blah check updated post. added some things.

I'm not sure about Leadership currently. I'll have to think of it, but I won't reject it outright.
Also, I am looking at concepts in regards of characters. Stat blocks are very nice, of course, but not obligatory unless you get chosen, in which case I do need the block for obvious reasons.
"Hrmm.. I sense the banana is not working as effectively as I had hoped.. Concept, huh...?"
Hazem puts on a thoughtful pose before digging deeper into his pack, and producing 3 multi-coloured balls
"how's THIS for a concept!!"
Hazem starts juggling.

Patcher are you thinking about still keeping to the 2 week recruiting period? The only reason I ask is because I have to make an emergency trip out of town tomorrow(funeral) and won't be back for 2-3 days and my background isn't up yet and don't have time to do it today.
I'll keep recruitment open for at least a week, if I don't endure the two weeks. So please don't worry, it'll be open for when you return.
And no, I'm not interested in half-eaten bananas, Hazem. What are you doing there with those balls holycrapthatisawesome

EDIT! Oops, forgot to switch to DM mode.
Bahram, you're added to the applicant list. Also, I have to ask...all three mental scores under 10? Any particular reason for this? I know it goes within the guidelines I've specified but could you elaborate?
Well it's within the guidelines, however I was going to make this ranger rarther wreckless too. Instead of thinking out a plan or approching something tactfully if he saw Haleen in the distance he'd just ran to her, no thinking about it. He's also slow of wit and often shy so he never actually got to tell her hiw own feelings for her and doesn't like getting along with people.
Part of it's stats, but I wouldn't choose the stats and then not act on them so he will be rarther withdrawn and reclusive. Hmm...think I better change the Wis actually since as a ranger he will be spellcasting at some point.
Edit: Just altered Wis to 12 and lowered Dex to 17 giving him a okey wisdom (Rangers aren't good spellcasters anyway) and leaving a opening to put a point into dex or str.

Am just making sure. Sounds good to me, and yes, you might need some wisdom for that spellcasting goodness unless you drop it in favour of some archetype. I won't ask you to redo your stats. All I'll ask is that you're faithful to them in regards of your roleplaying (which you already said you would be).

Looks at Hazem and shrugs, pulls a tiny lute from my back and plays a rousing musical number to accompany the juggling trick while giving Patcher a big cheesy grin. :D

If I can make a request to all applicants, both current and future;
Can you state very concisely what role(s) you're applying for? The roles are:
Tank (you're the guardian, the damage absorber, the meat shield)
Ranged/Melee damage dealer (you're the one churning out the numbers that make the peoples fall down, either with application of <insert weapon here> to face, or through the power of <insert source of power here>)
Support (you aid your members in combat and out of with debilitating and supporting spells and effects)
Healer (you heal the party's wounds and take care of their ailments and illnesses)
Face (you speak and lie in favour of the group)
Extra (you do everything, though not as well as everybody else)
I hope this isn't too much of a hassle, this is more so I can properly evaluate what applications go well with each other so I can create a balanced party.

Durant will be mainly a damage dealer in combat. His ability to occupy, via trip and grapple, major threats and casters will give him an important support role as well.
| Bahram Kalor |
Ranged Damager/Support/Healer
Ranged Damager, mostly with a bow, but have the feats to use two handaxes or two maces if we run into zombies or skeletons. Favoured enemy is human so ranged will most likely end up turning humans into pincushions at higher levels.
Support at later levels with spells, though a bit shakey.
Healer with ranks in the heal skill to help stabalise or cure diseases and other ailments.

Hope it's not too late to get in! I've only recently made an account here on Paizo, since I usually play in PbEMs with my buds overseas.
I'd be willing to play a Magus from Ult. Magic, since the idea seems so abundantly awesome in the setting. I can picture the awesome little stunts now...
I'll put up a backstory soon, but expect him to be native, worship Sarenrae, and taking the 'Reclaiming your Roots' background trait. After all, one gains power by going on holy travels, right? Right?...
As to your recent post, he'd be Melee Damage/Extra, since I can mix in some spellcasting support.

It isn't too late in the slightest. Recruitment is scheduled to end in 11 days, after all. Also, Magus is much appreciated! The more variety the better.

Where could I find the Legacy of Fire traits?
I have an idea for Kulwant the Thrice Blessed, selfless beggar halfling Oracle of Life. Still have background to work on...
Oh, right! Stomphoof reminded me that the Legacy of Fire player's guide apparently isn't free. I do know where to find them, however.
If, under "Category" you select Legacy of Fire, it will list all 6 Legacy of Fire campaign traits. Of course, you are missing out on the other traits and such from the player's guide, which you can otherwise find here.

"Hmmm...my role? Well, my role is to solve the puzzles, the mysteries of the world. Sure, I'm not as well educated as some wizardly types, but I make up for it in passion, oh yes I do. I suppose I can serve as a face, I do have one of my own, after all, and a perfectly crafted lie is the greatest puzzle of all. Of course, Sivanah has blessed me with the ability to heal others, so I can help out as a Healer somewhat, and will soon be able to help support my allies by knocking large groups of enemies unconscious. Does it really matter how much damage I do myself when I make it easy for the brute fellow to run his sword down the unconscious gnoll's wind pipe? Thought not. 'Tank?' Well, maybe more like a speed bump..."

Hazem beams at the compliments, and promptly has a ball hit his face.. and then another one drop on his foot.. He diligently starts again, only to have one of the balls fly over a nearby roof a moment later, further cementing your observation that Hazem is just not that good of a juggler.
Hazem pauses for a second, clearly contemplating whether to climb up onto the roof to retrieve his lost ball, before exclaming, "wait! you know what's even BETTER then juggling balls?!"
Hazem whips out a short sword. He readies himself for what you believe to be his eventual evisceration, when he says, "I've been living on these streets for about 3 years now, ever since my father's death. I've picked up all sorts of tricks and talents, as you can plainly see, that will undoubtably be invaluable for you and your group. To begin with, there isn't a lock in Katapesh that I cannot open... well, except that one (he motions to the door in a nearby house)... and.. that one (he motions to the door right next to the first one).. and.. maybe those (he motions to the opposite side of the street, and waves his short sword indicating the entire row of houses).. and.. that one.. but I'm working on that one! I almost have it! (he points to the buckle of an old, decaying backpack that has been casually discarded on the side of the road).
TLDR: Hazem is twf rogue backstabbing goodness with skill points upon skill points in trapfinding (or trapspringing, for what it's worth), lockpicking and device.. disabling. He's also fairly stealthy and would make a good scout.. he thinks..

Gilfroy hangs his head in shame, and covers his Charismatic FACE in embarrassment. He promises not to humiliate himself as the party FACE if selected.
He may be forced to assume the secondary role as HEALER/SUPPORT PERSON

Abbas back story:
'Damn that idiot. He almost got himself killed! Well, he took my healing as payment for the information. He is almost irredeemable but there is something in him, I hope' Abbas mutters to himself. He had spent months trying to find where Haleen had gone after she left with such a cryptic note. 'She has been spotted near Kelmarane. Why I do not know. She raised me from my youth, even though she is not my mother. And why she left and why Kelmarane is a mystery' he continues to mutter.
Hearing that Garavel is looking for mercenaries to accompany him to Kelmarane is enough. Finding where this Garavel is, he presents himself, "Greetings, I am Abbas, a priest in service to Sarenrae. My sword and spells are yours till we reclaim Kelmarane."

Badi will use his magic as a conjurer to be RANGED DAMAGE DEALER, as well as SUPPORT
Glancing at Hazeem's tomfoolery, Badi simply raises an eyebrow. Having seen such things during his time working the Night Markets, he looks thouroughly unimpressed as he walks by, his light, intricately woven robes and the book hanging from his hip marking him as some sort of spellcaster.

Let me elaborate: I asked for concise answers about your party roles, simply for the sake of being able to organise the applicants swiftly. Hazem digs into his bag, and pulls out a slender, well crafted wand, "this is why I'm here. When my father died, the only thing he left me was this. I guess it is some sort of family heirloom? I don't know. The damned thing doesn't even work. (OOC: it actually DOES work, Hasem's UMD is simply too low to activate it, for now). I had heard that my family may have had some ties to Kelmarane. Hazem sighs, shakes his head thoroughly, and takes a deep breath, forcing himself out of his depression, "BUT! that's probably not something you really care about! OH! Wanna see a trick?!"
Hazem reaches into his bag and pulls out a rabbit. "What the.. how did that get in there?!"
