I hope I haven't missed anything the past couple of days. I also hope everyone is doing well.

I'm writing lots of stuff. Hopefully, some of it is good. :)

In a few minutes though, I'm going to take a break to go see Fright Night with my daughter.

My head feels like it's full of a fine, fine fuzz. Also, I am 98% sure that Joss Whedon had something to do with my wife's beloved gelato joint becoming a Korean bbq bun place! I've decided that I would like Joss Whedon to be turned into breakfast sausage, so that I may devour him alongside some sunny side up eggs(runny, but not TOO runny), and some Eggo waffles. Do NOT get store brand waffles and tell me they're Eggo, I'll know.

WTH!

It's AT&T what do you expect from the evil empire?

What other companies do you have in Houston?

opens up a few bottles of Haterade(tm): AT&T

My hatred for AT&T is considerable. They really screwed me over, back in the day.

Oh, and Chris Sarandon's cameo is a nice touch.

Language and violence without nudity? That's like bacon without chocolate!

Does this mean you'd like some sausage of Whedon?

Well, I'll eat some for you =D

I never realized why I was so strange in that I hated ketchup and loved mayonnaise and cheese on french fries until I discovered I was genetically Canadian.

F+!! yeah. They paid the most epic homage to Conan's "birth on the battlefield." That shit was perfect.

Scarab Sages

I really gotta try and see that movie.

It's sweet. It was the only movie this summer that I HAD to see.

Liberty's Edge Contributor, RPG Superstar 2012

Yay! 10,000 word document put to bed (I hope).

Now for some more stuff.

Traffic (I love Atlanta!) kept us from seeing Fright Night, so we're gonna try again tomorrow. Still, we had a nice dinner at Carrabbas.

I'll have to see Conan all by myself, it looks like. No one in my family wants to see the movie.

It's the only movie I've gone to the theatre to see for myself (not for my kid) in THE LAST 9 FRICKIN YEARS. Cuz there were no good theatres where I was in China.

AND, I'm going to go see it again in 2D in a classy theater when I get back to Canada next week.

I'm also going to resume the British spelling thing, cuz I'll be in CANADA (did I mention that) so that's THEATRE.

That's what I did. I ended up sitting in a row of guys doing the same thing. Just one each. One man. One ticket. One purpose. Beautiful.

Chatted a bit before the movie started. There was slaying. It was good.

32 hours and counting.

Awesome.

Will you please stop soon?

Cool! Have fun but be careful, I hear Jess is out to get all of you :p

So far her score is 2 Rogues, a Druid multiple times, a Fighters' horse, and a Paladin. She has a Bard, a Sorcerer, a Rogue/Inquisitor, and a Ranger to go yet. She has come close a few times.

I saw Rise of the Planet of the Apes yesterday.

It was fun, but, amongst other complaints, there wasn't enough revolutionary proletarian monkey violence by half!

I think I counted a meager death toll of only 6!

I want my money back!

No... I was just up late at night. And, in being up late at night, I was thinking about lots of things that bother me. Instead of having a panic attack about something relevant (this is bad, trust me), I decided to worry about something smaller and more manageable. For example, Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith.

You're tearing me apart, George Lucas!

I don't remember the title, but there was a funny documentary about an Australian Star Wars fanclub around the time Phantom Menace came out.

The main character was a huge Star Wars dork, almost embarrasably so. By the end of the film, under the influence of PM, he had quit his position as president of the club, dropped all of his old Star Wars friends and moved to the other side of the continent! (Perth, I think.)

Hee hee!

The Exchange

I just watched this movie. It was different then I expected.

Good movie. Have you read the book? It's VERY different, although you can see a definite resemblance to the first chapter.

Scarab Sages

Was at the mall and hit the Borders going out of business sale. I picked up Stories (short stories edited by Neil Gaiman), Curse of the Full Moon (werewolf short stories), Ten Little Zombies: A Love Story, and Decision Points. May go back at some point to see what kind fof shelves they're selling.

Kruelaid should be home soon, if not already. And a new poster. And stuff I'm forgetting.

Edit: I'm off to bring back that thread.
