Hm..I did not know this of him. Interesting. When I get up to the drake part of my campaign setting, I will have to inform him of what I have in mind.
And Swarms....my God all the SWARMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Swarms will always be my second love.

Plus, you need to sound more like Nic Cage when posting that. :P

What's in your drake doc, Doc?

That's creepy. They look exactly like my parents' two cats.

I am not your parents.

...

Are your parents' cats from Japan too?

Cats are mysterious and otherworldly, and not firmly bound to time and 3-dimensions as humans are. Perhaps Jess' cats and Kajehase's parents' cats are one and the same, coexisting in two (or more) places simultaneously?

Don't open the box.

There is a simple answer.

Your drakes. The ones from KQ plus the Alehouse that somebody else put online. ENWorld? Dammit, I had the pics pasted in nice and everything. What's wrong with those Google bastards? I'm doing it over in MS now. Hopefully I can still save it in ODF.

Morning, all. What did I miss?

So far I'm liking Santa Fe. We are taking a day off from driving because: A. We need to. B. We are ahead of schedule and don't want to arrive early.

Last night, we finally got around to seeing the new Harry Potter. We had been too busy and distracted to see it previously. Very enjoyable.

Today, an art museum and visiting historic Santa Fe.

I LOVE NM. If you decide to drive up to Taos, you MUST eat at Joseph's Table. And you MUST have the red pepper cream soup. (I'm sure it's too fancy to be called cream soup, but you'll be able to figure out what it is.) Enjoy Santa Fe.

Treppa recommended Taos, too, but it's sadly not on the agenda. We're just here for a day.

Feeling bummed and watching Norwegian press conference right now.

Seems as if the shooter on Utøya (tall and blond, Norwegian) might have been the same person that planted the bomb in Oslo.

Howdy folks. Hope everyone is having a good day. Finally finished up with my training class. It was interesting. Learned a lot, and even got the chance to share a little knowledge with some of the younger folks.

The guys who taught the class are both ASME* Committee members for the B31.1 Code which covers Power Piping (like in a steam plant). And, both gentlemen encouraged me to join ASME and join the committee, so I could start helping. I'm going to do it.

the stress of that isn't cool, the excitement and stress of buying the house and getting the move planned is there, and then my stupid a!~~~#~ neighbors upstairs decided to vacuum and move furniture at 6:30 this morning, waking me out of a sound sleep...sleep I desperately needed. Bastards!

Plus I had this strange dream where my apartment (which is quite nice, actually...biggest problem with it is it's an apartment) was...well, the best way to put it was I was renting a room in a crack house or something. And I found the cat had peed on the carpet...so when I went to get the cat, I found out it wasn't my cat, it was a Siamese! My cat had escaped, and this evil carpet peeing cat had come in the house!

so I sent my black and white cat out, like a bloodhound. In front of this run down condemned apartment building from hell was a huge yard. But it was night, and there were all kinds of people running around walking their pets with flashlights (there were no streetlights) and I followed my black and white cat to my black cat, and I carried them both back to my crappy hell hole apartment...

where I realized the cat had gotten out and the siamese had gotten in because someone had broken the door out of the WALL...and stolen my credit cards.

And the last thing I remember before the furniture moving vacuumer from hell woke me up was trying to get my apartment door to close so I wouldn't have to chase my cat again.

:/

My first thought was the Kool-Aid Man, but he would have had to change his M.O. From walls to doors. And that thought is too frightening to comprehend.

Lack of caffeine makes me tired at inappropriate times like 11:45. Stupid regular sleep schedule!

Good night everybody.

Highly recommend.

I need to do something soon to get creditation/network in my profession. CFM, Certified Facility Mgr, or something. Also need to jazz up my resume. Within a year I expect my boss to leave, so I better be ready to step up to the plate or be ready to do that elsewhere. IFMA, Internation Facility Mgr Association, unfortunately seems to be dominated by vendors but I'll have to put up with it.

Last Friday I have been walking one street away from the place of the bombing, makes you feel very vulnerable.
