How about I invite you over and you make that?
(It... it'll turn out better that way.)

So, I had to scrounge multiple gamer sites, including ENworld, NearbyGamers, Penandpapergames, Meetup, and more, but it looks like I got 5 players ready to start an in-person game. We're doing a meet and greet this weekend, so that's cool.
Kingmaker attempt #4, here I come (I didn't want to, but my friend who was in the last game begged me to.)

Yesterday: kids (school)+chores (shop)+kids (early release)+chores (clean up)+try to beat Super Luigi Galaxy in one day (I didn't - I was ten stars short)+kids (failed nap attempt)+chores (laundry... lots of it)+family (dinner/night time/etc).
Late sleep/early rise (against everything in my body - I'm so daggum nocturnal...)
Today: kids (school)+kids (doc apt)+chores (clean up/vacuum)+chores (shop)+kids (pick/naaaaaaaap?)+???+kids (soccer [coaching])+parents (dinner)+family (night time/etc).
Tired Tac is tired. Today looks to be tiring, too. I wonder if I can fill that "???" with rest. Seems unlikely...
:)
EDIT: "Today looks to be tired, to."? Seriously, TL? Seeeerrriously? Looks like somebody 'round here needs a nap... (even though it is definitely no

My kids stopped napping when they were about two. :-)
My eldest rarely takes a genuine nap anymore (though it does happen), and more often has a "quiet play time" these days; that said, a "quiet play time" has an amazing impact on how well he handles the rest of the day, in most cases.

Okay, so, I may actually need to seriously consider taking a nap, regardless of my other duties and/or wants. I was at the end of my driveway, though the sun was bright, took a step toward my car with my eyes closed, and, next thing I knew, I was nearly passing my car. Hm - that's about half a dozen steps unaccounted for in my stream-of-consciousness.
Instead, I think I'll post on FaWtL, eat a salad-with-chicken (glorious, glorious breakfast, no, lunch, no I was right the first time as a mini-doughnut - delicious as they are - should never count as breakfast for anyone, breakfast, at blindingly sunny 11:17 AM), dink some caffeine, and maybe start a movie to clean the house/laundry to. Fun times, fun times. :)

Oh, triple post, 'cause I'm sleepy and just don't caaarrrreeee~!
This is, like, the full weight of my rebellious nature. Hope you like it FaWtL, 'cause this is the chaos, right here! I'm such a rebel! E: MUWAHAHAHAHAH~! I EDITED MY LAST POST AND DIDN'T TELL ANYONE! REBEEEEEEEELLLLLLLL~! E2: RESIIIIIIIIIIST~!
I totally saw something that was cool! I saw a hawk fighting a bunch of little birds (who were fighting right back)! It was pretty neat, though I didn't get to see how it ended, 'cause I was driving and a sleepy, overweight redshirted guy in need of a shower with a baby in the back seat probably is not what elderly folks - or anyone, really - want parked in front of their lawn.
But: Swoop! Swoosh! Whoosh! Awesome!

Sometimes, life is just funny in the way it makes things work out OK.
Yeah, we're Disney addicts. I admit it. Our annual trip was running us $8000/year, until we upped it to a 7-day trip, at which point it hit $12,000/year. That is No Small Potatoes, even for a tech worker, and even with it being the ONLY trip we do each year. We don't get out much, EXCEPT for our ONE Disneyland trip.
So this year I mapped out all our expenditures and income and so forth, and realized that we had to "survive" on $500/week from now until July in order to afford our Disney trip. Yeah, in most third-world countries, and even in most of the U.S., $500/week is living in the lap of luxury. In the Bay Area with a family of 4, it's more along the lines of, "OK, which night are we going to eat beans and rice because (decent) meat is $12/pound?"
Yeah, people around here live quite easily on $500/week... if they're not foodies who insist on fresh ingredients in their meals, nor alcohol snobs who prefer the $26 bottle of gin over the $8 bottle.
Anyway, after a great deal of planning, and mapping, and working with the travel agent to reduce costs, and so forth, and so on, I logged in to my Chase account today...
...only to find my credit limit had been increased by $6000!
Not $60. Not $600. $6000!!! WTH?!?!?!?
I contacted the credit card company, figuring it HAD to be a mistake, but they figure I'm a good risk, and massively increased the credit limit on the ONE credit card I own.
Suddenly, affording Disneyland is easy. The bigger problem is avoiding excess spending so we can pay off the credit card once we're done.
But having the kids' summer camps paid for and a sudden influx of liquidity so I can book the trip is... relaxing...

In totally-unrelated news, I *am* learning to stand up for myself!
My resident "problem player" waited over a month to tell me when he was available for the next Crimson Throne game, then hit me this morning with, "Oh, we're free on Saturday. How does that work for you?"
Instead of killing myself to rearrange my entire schedule just to make him happy, I simply responded, "No. I need more prep time than that."
I CAN be taught! And it feels GOOD...

I made a thing!
A reversible thing!
And it should come as a shock to no one that after pulling my sewing machine out of storage the first thing I used it for was doctor who themed clothing. :)

Well, it *used* to be (waaaay back in the early 1990's) that credit card companies just randomly increased your credit limit for no apparent reason.
I haven't had a credit limit increase on any of my cards since before the 2001 crash, so it's been quite a while.
And you have to love Chase. After working in tech for 3 decades, and understanding the fundamental rule, "If you open an attachment or click on a link in an unsolicited e-mail, you are a fool," they sent me an e-mail a couple of months ago saying, "Congratulations! You have been approved for a credit limit increase! Just click this link and enter your login credentials to accept!"
Needless to say, I forwarded the e-mail to Chase's fraud department, saying, "Either this is a hoax or your entire marketing staff should be sacked."
Their response was simply, "It's not a hoax."

I recently got a big credit increase, and now the challenge is not to use it, since I can't imagine how I'd pay off my cards if they were to max out,
Good luck!
(We narrowly avoid ever having this problem by entirely forgetting our credit cards exist, until it's time to purchase our monthly... uh... chewing gum*? Yeah, sure, let's go with that this month.)
* Usually it is more expensive than chewing gum in order to keep a solid credit rating. Those are stupid, if necessary.

Nice job! ;)

From zero players to six in under a week.
...and every last one of them is utterly and completely psyched as hell to play. Three are brand new to Pathfinder, having only played 3.5 one time.
and I am pretty sure they're all heavy roleplayers.
This is totally awesome!
We play the first session tomorrow, and one of the players described trying to get to sleep after character generation last night "like the night before Christmas."

Cool! I do hope that it goes well and that your new group stays together for a while. Have fun!
