Blergh.

Liberty's Edge

Ugh... too much to catch up on. If I missed anything important then:

1) +1 Hope you feel better!
2) Trolls suck! Prepare to flag!
3) BttH FTW!
4) <show> was awesome! Especially the <act> and the <character>!
5) Evil plan to steal dragon's hoard which will ultimately fail in misery.

Now that that's covered... I find my time on the boards getting shorter. Must be this new "girlfriend" thing I'm trying out. The kids say it will make me cooler. :D

This is from my CEU's I'm doing right now on the computer.

The answer really sucks, man.

Good Lord. Well, I guess I should be grateful that I was not in that percentage.

BTW, just as a reminder, if people are wanting to be sure I see something, PIEogram is the best way. I come out of my recovery coma and even if I feel like being in a position where I can be online, things over here have jumped many pages. Whereas I can get PIE on my iPIE.

Hey, I remember Aeglos from somewhere in Paizoland. At the risk of stereotyping, I'm tempted to say it might have been a beer thread. :-)

Anyway, welcome, Aeglos!

My Dad spent some early years in Germany in a DP camp. According to him if you could stand tall enough to see the bartender, you could drink.

huzzah!!!

Yo BT! Seriously! You gotta stop feeding the trolls. Let that Governement Folly thread die the death it so richly deserves, and the trolls will have one less excuse to poison the off Topic Section.

Couldn't focus on anything for more than two seconds today. Got absolutely nothing done. Incredibly pissed off.

Liberty's Edge

Caught up!

Condolences E7, hope you and your family are doing ok.

Welcome aeglos!

Sorry if I have missed anything else of import (apart from bananas and porn mags that is ...)

My five year old son’s birthday party on the weekend, we held it at a park, with 17 kids in attendance ... He had a ‘Pirate’ themed party, I organised a treasure hunt around the park with treasure maps and all, and a ‘real’ ‘buried’ treasure chest at the end. Lots of fun, but gosh it is hard work trying to keep 18 kids aged 3 to 6 under control running excitedly around a huge park (well, some other parents were helping with the youngest ones).

And there is major craziness at work today ... don’t want to go into details at the moment, but some serious shit is going down, its put me in a weird mood.

Hi all!
Off to work.
Bye all.

That was my week last week. Now I get to begin picking up the pieces in the aftermath. It's not going to be a fun next couple of months while I hire replacements and get them up to speed.

Mrgh....

Monday, Monday
So good to me.
Monday, Monday
It was all I hoped it would be.

Oh Monday morning
Monday morning couldn't guarantee
That Monday evening
You would still be here with me.

Monday, Monday
Can't trust that day.
Monday, Monday
Sometimes it just turns out that way.

On Monday morning
You gave me no warning
Of what was to be.
On Monday, Monday
How could you leave
And not take me?

Every other day
Every other day
Every other day
Of the week is fine, yeah.

But whenever Monday comes
But whenever Monday comes
You can find me crying
All of the time.

Monday, Monday
So good to me.
Monday, Monday
It was all I hoped it would be.

Monday, Monday,

Monday, Monday,

Oh, Monday, Monday,
Don't go away.
Oh, Monday, Monday
It's here to stay
Monday, Monday
Oh, don't go away

Mmmm....?

Scarab Sages

I really don't want to deal with copper piping issues today.

Scarab Sages

Someone make it go bye bye?

Scarab Sages

My wife's good friend is in town, and she's coming to our house for dinner tonight.

Scarab Sages

Of course, this means that when I get off work, I've got to go pick up the boy, then spend as much time as I'm able straightening up the house.

Scarab Sages

Since my wife almost never cleans.

Scarab Sages

After over a week of hardly any beer because of a cold, I was finally feeling well enough yesterday to down a few. Mmmmm....Burton Baton.

Scarab Sages

A busy week ahead. On top of the usual routine, I'll be prepping for a trip to Virginia starting next Tuesday. Of course, first the wife and I are flying down to Louisiana this Thursday for the boy's baptism on Saturday. Then we fly back on Monday and I'm off again Tuesday for Virginia. I might be there about 2 weeks. Not sure yet.

Scarab Sages

Mmmmmm....Dr. Pepper.

Scarab Sages

Maybe I should learn to drink coffee.

Scarab Sages

My older brother in Texas got a chocolate lab puppy. Named him Duke.

Scarab Sages

Got on skype last night with my oldest brother for the first time. His oldest boy wanted to show me his pet crawfish. Kid's almost 7 years old already. Damn, where does the time go...?

Scarab Sages

And my oldest niece is gonna be 12 in October. Weird.

I

Liberty's Edge

Heh. No wonder you have twenty thousand + posts.

Scarab Sages

I didn't used to do things like this, but sometimes I get bored. Not to mention, since most everything I post is designed to bring joy to the masses, I kind of feel obligated to post as much as possible.

Closing in on 30.

Scarab Sages

It's amazing how much of my life is spent just trying to keep from being bored out of my mind.

Scarab Sages

And sometimes I'll do a mini blitz of sorts with a bunch of threads, but that's usually in an attempt to bury some kind of troll thread. Often futile, but it makes me feel better.

Mrgh?

Scarab Sages

I think I'm actually running out of things to post about this morning.

Scarab Sages

Then again....
