Progress on making passable British CV is poor as well... I don't have enough things to put there to make it look as anything beyond half-blank page.

Well, I was not selected for jury duty. Got me out of work for two days, but it feels like a bit of a waste if I don't get Friday off too...

I have clip-on sunglasses. The sun shall tyrannize me no more.Know that feeling. One of these days I might bother getting those shade-changing glasses or just prescription sunglasses, but today is not that day.I have Transitions lenses. I do not recommend them.
Did you know they don't work in the car? It's true; the windshield glass blocks UV rays, and those are what triggers the lenses. I miss my clip-ons.
Prescription sunglasses may be the best bet.
Yeah, I had transition lenses years ago, but they've got some problems.
The reaction used to be very temperature sensitive. The colder it was, the faster they went light or dark. In winter, black sunglasses within ia minute. In summer? It'll be 15 minutes or so.
and the car thing is the big problem.
I went the prescription sunglasses route, and was very happy, myself. Wait for those 2 for 1 sales. :)
Or get Lasik. it's pretty awesome. :D

I've had lasik. It sorta works and sorta doesn't. It did improve my vision, but my eyes continued to change, so I actually do have a slight prescription. Plus, I have a very narrow little face, and the salespeople keep trying to put me in kids' frames. *Grrrrr*.

My dad had the lasik as well, with the exact same results. He's now back to wearing glasses full-time.

Wow, so my game continues to be ....interesting. I end up running with just a basic outline prepped, which means it ends up very responsive to the players. (Also very little referring the session notes)
However it has a strange feel to the campaign (not half-arsed, but) sort of fluid and nothing pinned down directly.
But with 1 official session left in the year, it looks like the game will slide into next year. Hopefully finishing it in 4 sessions, then maybe playing a boardgame.

I refuse naked photo session in snow. Or in cold in general. When the temperature drops below 20 degree Celsius! I like 13-20 degree Celsius range but fully clothed.

Happy f!@!ing Friday! Driving I work, a bit a rain, and my f~#&ing passenger side windshield wiper blade comes off. WTF?!? So I'm thinking I'm gonna call up Safelite and tell them I'm bringing it in so they can fix the s@+~. Since they're the ones who obviously didn't secure the damn thing well enough.

Clearly I have too much time on my hands.
