One other question: I desperately need a change of internet username. "The Eldritch Mr. Shiny" is way too long and complicated, and it's been my online handle for the better part of a decade. I'm in the process of drawing up business cards and getting a professional website, and I really need something memorable. The sticking point is that pretty much all permutations of my name are already taken (I share a name with a professional basketball player, a high-profile corporate lawyer, and an Irish politician). Does anyone have any ideas?
I say keep Eldritch Mr. Shiny. You could find a way to "mature" it up a bit by turning it into Eldrich Mr. S or something like that. It can be frustrating when you have a name that's very similar to someone who's in the public spotlight.

It's odd: I do not have heartburn, I'm not tired, and nothing really hurts. This may be what is known as 'feeling good'.
I understand 6!

Ingesting is such a hard word. To simplify, it means eating :P

Aww hell yeah, almost got my homebrew pantheon done.
Though I wonder if three gods of each alignment is too much for a core pantheon...
I havent sat down to count but I'm fairly certain mine has at least that many... lemme go check.
LG: 5
NG: 4
CG: 2 (Though I can see at least 3 slots that are currently empty that a CG avatar should probably fill)
LN: 5
TN: 6
CN: 7, +4 if you count the Fae Lords (Titania, Mab, Cernunnos, and Danu)
LE: 4
NE: 6
CE: 4
The pantheon as a whole is not complete though, there's a few holes/roles yet to be filled.

I see. I just wanted to put enough options for default deities so there's something to choose from, but to avoid giving the players the problem of having too many choices to start with. Of course I'm going to have a lot more deities added (such as regional ones) but they're not in the default list of the main continent. I'm also kind of worried about my players' "rollplay instead of roleplay" tendencies getting the better of them and my work getting the TL;DR treatment as a result.

And speaking again of my elf wizard from last night's game....
...Introducing him to the existing party was a blast. We're playing FR, and the original party has done some work for the Red Wizards Enclave in Daggerford. They're in good with the leader of the enclave.
So my character, having journeyed to Daggerford to negotiate some exchange of knowledge with the Red Wizards and not making much headway, sees these "dirty humans" making good with the enclave leader and being invited inside. When they came out, my elf walked over to them, let them know just how much they needed his help, and invited himself to join the party.

Hell no! I don't really like the Gold Elves all that much. Hated the way they characterized them. Naah, he's a Moon Elf.
But he's really smart, and he realized that these smelly little primates are in good with the wizard he wants to get in good with in order to get some more magic. So he made sure he'd get in good with them. I'm gonna try to play him up similar to "V" from order of the stick - only very much a dude.

Or TEMS, which would be pronounced like the river in England.

I played a master-less pseudodragon who was trying to find a suitable wizard. Zephyrus fancied himself as a much larger and more powerful dragon than he was, though.
Closest I've come to this was playing a shadow dragon wyrmling. She was fun though, for the two sessions I got to play her.

Somebody needs to stat up Cupid.
You guys are kidding right?
Marriage.
Vows.
Oaths.
Contracts.
Sign on the dotted line.Clearly an archdevil.
But love ain't marriage. And love is one of the most chaotic, upsetting things I know.
Cupid = Demon.

But love ain't marriage.
I think I am going to grow old and die before I get past the notion that not everyone follows the paradigm I was raised under that one leads to the other. (Since we're specifically talking about the context of romantic love, since that's what Cupid's associated with, and not the more brotherly/friend love. I'm pretty inept but I do know the difference >_>)
It's too bad I pretty consistently test out as LN rather than LG. Otherwise I could just smite the little bastard regardless of species.
