Ingesting is such a hard word. To simplify, it means eating :PI understand 6!I was an AV tech for a LOT of conventions, including a lot of medical conventions, for over 12 years. AND I have nurses on both sides of my family. And I only understood 4 out 5 of those words! ;PSay what?Since a bout of pancreatitis and a cholecystectomy, ingesting lipids exacerbates my pyrosis.I find that starchy foods give me worse heartburn than greasy food. Have you noticed that? It was counterintuitive to me, as I always thought of breads and pastas as fairly inert. YMMV.I slept eight hours last night with only one interruption (to let the dogs out). And we went grocery shopping last night, so was able to cook a sensible, light breakfast and start some soups cooking for lunch.
It's odd: I do not have heartburn, I'm not tired, and nothing really hurts. This may be what is known as 'feeling good'.

I'm basing it completely on my results from the various alignment/race/class questionnaires floating around the internet. My race and class vary from time to time (usually get Human Cleric - somewhat amusing with my wretched Wisdom every test gives me - but have gotten Half-Elf and Halfling a couple of times and occasional smatterings of other classes, generally Wizard or Sorc) but alignment comes out solidly LN every time.
I don't consider it inaccurate.

I always get True Neutral on those stupid alignment tests. Multiple versions of the tests too. I am apparently very well balanced in spite of being a bit unhinged. ;)

Yeah there's a good number of the tests that seem to have a switch built into them on religion.
Single question in the test about religion:
Yes answer = Automatically Cleric, ignore all other class options. (Might be a catch in here for Paladin? dunno since I've never gotten LG. Blame the Apathy Elemental.)
No answer = continue as normal

I made a deity for my homebrew based off of Cupid a few years ago. I made him true neutral. His holy symbol was a heart surrounded by flames and the color choice changed based on the alignment of the cleric. NG had a white heart surrounded by red flames, NE had a black heart surrounded by red flames, CN had a red heart surrounded by blue flames, LN had a red heart surrounded by yellow flames, and N had a red heart and red flames. Not that anyone was really policing it....it would totally be possible for a NE cleric of Lir to go around wearing the symbol meant to depict NG. But it would be discovered pretty quickly in a temple since each philosophy was a different order with different rituals. It was confusing to some apparently because they couldn't know whether to expect followers of Lir to be good guys or bad guys...it's a god of love and lust, that was kind of the point. :)

I've been making lots of earrings lately. I even got a bunch of new beads as my birthday present a couple of weeks ago. So yesterday I made a new pair for today in keeping with the theme of valentine's day. Hearts and skulls. And my first time successfully making chain. Yay. :)
One other question: I desperately need a change of internet username. "The Eldritch Mr. Shiny" is way too long and complicated, and it's been my online handle for the better part of a decade. I'm in the process of drawing up business cards and getting a professional website, and I really need something memorable. The sticking point is that pretty much all permutations of my name are already taken (I share a name with a professional basketball player, a high-profile corporate lawyer, and an Irish politician). Does anyone have any ideas?I say keep Eldritch Mr. Shiny. You could find a way to "mature" it up a bit by turning it into Eldrich Mr. S or something like that. It can be frustrating when you have a name that's very similar to someone who's in the public spotlight.

The second interview I had was yesterday. It was with a small company recently purchased by a venture capitalist looking for a manufacturing guy. This is the first of several businesses he wishes to buy. It's a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something new. The downside is that I spend my first year or two in East Texas about 4 hours from Houston and eventually will have to move to Dallas. Not good with the pending migration of FaWtLs to Houston.
Still, at least I'm getting interest, so I am still optimistic.
