Ya missed it. On the bright side, your head didn't slip off your drool-covered desk. I hate it when that happens.

At least there is good: 1. Non-sugar sweetener, 2. Sodas, and 3. Breakfast syrup. Did I miss anything?

Scarab Sages

Let's get dangerous:

Daring duck of mystery,
Champion of right,
Swoops out of the shadows,
Darkwing owns the night.
Somewhere some villain schemes,
But his number's up.

(3-2-1) Darkwing Duck (When there's trouble you call DW)
Darkwing Duck (Let's get dangerous)
Darkwing Duck (Darkwing, Darkwing Duck!)

Cloud of smoke and he appears,
Master of surprise.
Who's that cunning mind behind
That shadowy disguise?
Nobody knows for sure,
But bad guys are out of luck.

'Cause here comes (Darkwing Duck)
Look out! (When there's trouble you call DW)
Darkwing Duck (Let's get dangerous)
Darkwing Duck (Better watch out, you bad boys)
Darkwing Duck!

I do not in any way advocate violence against numbers. I'm a numerical pacifist at heart. :)

(Which is why people really shouldn't make me do numerical analysis-- I fear I do violence to the numbers by accident.)

Went out to bu ya stress ball to work at getting my grip back.
Drug stores? Nope. Nope.
Wal Mart? Nope.
Back in towards town and traffic to a Sports Authority? Yay! Only took an hour and a half. Ended up needing the stress ball as a stress ball instead of a rehabilitation device. :-/

I ended up leaving math class early today. It was review for the final, I was hungry and getting kinda cranky, so I left and even though I packed a lunch went and bought a sandwich from Subway. It sounded better than the pbj I had packed. Tasted better too. :)

Math class let out 20 minutes early today. I'm going to feel comfortable with the next two weeks' topics as they're on polynomials.

I got an 82% on my midterm, so I'm pleased with that. I really thought I bombed it. And I got an A back on my first essay for Adv Engl Comp.

Yay on the good midterm grade! :)

And polynomials are fun and easy. Actually so are logarithms (what I'm working on now) but I still need more practice with them before the final next week. That and factoring.

I looked at the syllabus; we won't be covering logarithms this quarter. We'll get into factoring techniques, quadratic equations, rational expressions, and wrapping up with complex rational fractions.

I am so mellow right now....

Sounds pretty similar to what I just finished, we just took it one step further adding in exponential equations and logarithms. But we barely touched on those. I guess it's supposed to prep us for the next course.
