I doubt I will be able to actually playtest these, however I did give them a quick once over and I wanted to take this opportunity to say that I felt that all three classes feel "right" thematically. As in all things I am sure that there are points that will need smoothing over and there will no doubt be a wide range of issues people take with the crunch, I believe that you have hit the nail on the head for how these alternate-classes should feel.

Well, I hope you are able playtest. I'm glad you like how they feel. That part is always tricky.

Suggested changes....

Gunslinger
Grit: gets 1/2 level plus wisdom (would consider charisma or intelligence) grit points per day, no regains!

Ninja
Eliminate tricks featherfall, shadow clone, sudden disguise, vanishing trick, ventriloquism and invisible blade
Replace with paladin or ranger spell progression with charisma based instant casting selection of limited illusion and transmutation spells

Samurai
Eliminate banner, greater banner and bonus feats
Eliminate mount
Honor Bond: functions like divine bond (mount or weapon) per paladin but gain use and progression starting from 1st level (or possibly 3rd)
Eliminate resolute and unstoppable from Resolve ability
Resolve: functions like mercy per paladin but gain use and progression starting from 1st level (or possibly 3rd)
Give Endurance and Diehard as bonus feats at 2/7 (3/8 or 4/9) level
Give new ability
Unstoppable: functions like evasion but for fortitude and will saves as per "mettle" from previous roleplaying games

All wonderful new classes that I am excited to play test!

Also for previous classes:
Bard
Note: performances are very specific and restrictive

Fighter
D12 hp

Sorceror /Wizard
Have each school of specialization and bloodline be constructed like the oracle mystery and abilities gained from these like the revelation selection process. Same progression but allows same classed characters to have different abilities and room for more individuality as the other classes are afforded with ability bank-like selection processes.

Ranger
Hunters Bond to be changed to Nature bond per druid except functions at ranger level -3

Correction or recovery from any combat manuever as move action
ex:standing from trip, breaking grapple, etc.

Folks, we appreciate the feedback, but this forum is specifically for actual playtest results. If you have comments on a specific area of the playtest, please post in the appropriate forum. (Even if this means you need to make three threads, one for each class.)
