Actually, I'd say posters have about half an hour to copy & paste the contents of the voluntary reject bin and gag item thread into a word document, to give them something to read before the boards lock up for about an hour. Even after that downloads and attempts to post will be slow and erratic until most of the people in the USA trying to look at the top 32 items/post give up temporarily and go to bed for the night....
