Outsea Delver. This archetype does everything it is supposed to do in this competition: it is well-written, makes sensible trades in powers, and is so steeped in the region I wanted to play one.
Green Knight is neck-and-neck, but since I can only choose one...
The Outsea Delver really comes alive in its description, it adds to its class despite taking things away, and I find it to be a very interesting archetype to play because it has such strong ties to the flavor of the River Kingdoms.
It creates a real niche for its class by giving alchemists a reason and a need to be in the River Kingdoms, something some other archetypes lacked. I would choose this over another half-dozen well-designed archetypes.

You also didn't count Ironskull's ;)
I'm going to have to go with the Pathfinder Community because honestly at the upper rungs of the submissions I don't think there is one best one. Once you get into Green Knight/Huckster territory they're all just good, and any differentiation will be based on personal playstyle preferences.

The Green Knight had awesome flavor, but but lost points with me for being a non-LG as a paladin archetype.
This is just a side thought but this is always how I though of paladins in 2nd ed and I still hold to this concept.
A Cleric is the teacher and beurocrat of the organized religion she represents while the paladin is the religion in action. BAsically one is the coach one is the start quarterback. In 2nd ed every religion had its own "paladin" based on what traits and powers the religion/god valued. I kind of hate the L restriciton mostly because its either meaningless for some DMs or a liscense for a DM to make everything a moral arguement or you lose your powers.
Want to start a 500+ post thread express an opinion or ask a quesiton regarding how to play or DM for a paladin...

I dunno if I can pick just one, but I do want to say that the alchemist class on the whole was on fire for this competition. It may not have had the most archetypes, but it had the most archetypes that struck me as cool ideas in terms of flavor and mechanics, so kudos to everybody with a poultice and a stick of dynamite!
But just one? Um... I'll say Forecaster.
