So, for the most part I like the spell list, but I feel like a few spells should be added. So here are the ones I think it could use.
1.
Mage Armor - Not really needed, but suprized its not on there. Seems like a basic one to me.
Chill Touch - annother option on the touch attacks at low levels.
Ray of Enfeeblement - no one says he should fight in fair melee fights
2.
False Life - I keep seeing complaints about the Magus being d8 HD, and this would fix that problem entirely.
Protection from Arrows - so he can get into the fray
3.
Heroism - They can use the buff
Vamperic Touch - I know there are ballance concerns, but I think this is very thematic

The spell list is a bit lacking.
Too many damage spells, but they don't really need to be removed as players can just choose to not use them (like me).
Mage Armor should be on there, just because it can be cast on other characters. This is a weird omission.
False Life is a solid low level buff, especially since they do not have healing (they shouldn't get it I don't think, since it's generally a divine role).
Heroism is the big missing huh? It's just a rock solid buff, apparently a melee class like the magus does not need melee buffs. Lame.
Blink is also missing. Give it to them as a level 2 spell, and it's entirely useful. The side effect of walking through walls isn't powerful enough to omit this spell from their list.
Stoneskin and Haste should be lowered 1 spell level. It helps this class a lot more. I'm not sure if I'd like Fire Shield lowered also. Probably, since overall it's not very useful except in melee, and earlier the more useful it is.
Rage should probably on there as well.

Well Bards can cast in light armor and lost mage armor from their spell list, so it´s only fair if the magus doesn´t get it.
Early access to haste would be quite powerfull, but since the haste arcana needs level 9, I don´t think its likely to happen.
As a second level spell you would gain access before the pure casting classes too.

Summoner isn't pure caster, and they get Haste as a level 2 spell. One of their more notable spells. I think it's appropriate because classes should contribute in their own ways. Magus should be able to get solid buffs to help him in fights. If not Haste, what about False Life? What about Blink? The magus arcanas don't help as much as I would like.
Interestingly enough, I think the magus would be an excellent SoD caster at low levels. They get Color Spray and Glitterdust (nerfed is still solid). Plus with some armor and weapons, they can handle some threats if the spells fail.

Didn´t consider the Summoner, still don´t think that the class needs the early access, I will still use a lot of 3rd levels spell for haste.
The way I understand the magus role, is as a damage dealer with spell support. If I were to make an argument for a level 2 haste it would be for the bard.

I like the basic makeup of the magus spell list, with a focus on conjuration, evocation, and transmutation, with some personal abjurations thrown in. I'm not really sure why the silent image/minor image/major image have been included spells, as they don't seem to fit the martial image of the class. Invisibility makes sense to me as a personal buff, but a lot of the other illusion spells just don't seem thematically correct.
I would like to see some early access to spells, particularly giving some of the higher level wizard/sorceror evocations to the magus as 5th or 6th level spells.
The other mid-casters (bard, inquisitor, summoner) have access to some pretty powerful magic as 5th and 6th level spells (Greater Shout, Summon Monster IX, etc.) I wouldn't mind seeing the magus get access to things like Delayed Blast Fireball or Polar Ray in the same manner.
