Class needs some ability to use wands at caster level, unless the intention is to boost staffs. If the character has a staff in his off hand can he use TWF feats (for that matter, what about using a wand as a club)? Oh and is there any way for his class to get additional attacks from improved two weapon fighting?

A. You can take two weapon fighting and improved two weapon fighting, equip to weapons and full attack. You can´t combine it with Spell Combat.
B.Using wands at caster level is way more powerfull, than the DC ability.
For example a CL 1 Wand of Magic Missile could be very usefull for a tiny cost, same for Shield, Enlarge Person, Mage Armor, Shocking Grasp, Lead Blades.... you get it.
Such an ability would allow the Magus to save a lot of money, way to much to justify it.

I don't see why someone couldn't build towards two-weapon combat with Magus. You would need to keep a hand free, thereby limiting you to blade boots, armor spikes, and the like, but it should work just fine.
I see nothing preventing such a build it from working with Spell Combat either.
If anything, it would suffer from more MAD, as suddenly Dexterity becomes somewhat of a priority.

The only way I can see this being balanced is if it cost the Magus a number of points from his arcane pool equal to the amount he increases the level by. For example, going from a 1st level wand of Magic Missiles to 9th level would cost 8 points from his arcane pool, which is pretty significant and possibly the only trick he can pull off for the day.

Hum... I would rather cast a magic missile at my level for 1 point of my arcane pool than use 1 charge of my wand and boost the spell for 8 points.
