I'm looking for some inexpensive ways to prevent my character from being fatigued and exhausted (mostly from enemy magic, but I'm sure there are Ex and Su abilities as well that do the same). My character is not a caster, so wands of certain spells won't be of help to me except for myallies to use on me.
What items or spells will protect me from fatigue and exhaustion? And what items or spells can remove said conditions from me as a standard action? PF-only material please. I won;t be using 3.5 for this game.

If you`re starting a new game, being Human is one option, though it only works 1x per day.
In the APG there is an alternate racial ability (confusingly called trait but not like the half-feats):
Heart of the Fields:
Humans born in rural areas are used to hard labor. They gain a bonus equal to half their character level to any one Craft or Profession skill, and once per day they may ignore an effect that would cause them to become fatigued or exhausted. This racial trait replaces the skilled racial trait.

I am a straight Cavalier, so I can't be an Oracle, and I already have Heart of the Fields.
Anything else? If there's a nice low level spell that I can have someone craft a command-word item for removing fatigue/exhaustion(maybe 3 times a day) then it'd be great.
I am worried about enemies using spellslike Waves of Exhaustion on me. Most ofmy game plan revolves around Charging.
Also, Restoration has a 3-round casting time. That means it's not an in-combat spell.

Is this a case where it's happening regularly already, or are you anticipating a problem? Your a cavalier, I assume you've got a good Fort save, which those kinds of effects should target, don't forget that. For countermeasures, good saves are your best bet. Not many spells of lower levels counter fatigue and exhaustion, nor do many effects create them, so making an item for dealing with this is likely going to involve the restoration series unfortunately.

I am ancitipating a problem. I;m not sure saves will protect me all that much.
Ray of Exhaustion is a 3rd level spell. Failed save = Exhausted. Successful save = Fatigued. Either way I can't charge. Waves of Faitgue and Waves of Exhaustion plainly have no saves at all. To a Cavalier, they're no-save just suck spells. Not to mention they can also target my mount.

Invigorate from the APG is a Bard spell that lets you ignore the penalties of Exhausted and Fatigued for 10 min/Lvl. After the duration is up the condition returns and you take 1D6 non lethal damage.
Holy crud that's exactly what I'm looking for. Now if only my party has a Bard (even a one level dip!!) so he can use a wand of this, I'd be happy.

Well, I understand problem anticipation. If your GM uses those spells often, well, then he/she/it is being a bit of a prick, as there are other ways to stop charging attacks or otherwise counter a character's strengths. Potions will work (at least for lesser restoration). If those rays require attack rolls, then a cloak of displacement will help, as will items that otherwise grant miss chances or duplicate spells of that nature (blur, mirror image, etc.).

Cord of Stubborn Resolve - 15,0000gp is a +2 CON belt, but if you were to be fatigued you instead take 1d6 non lethal damage. If exhausted you instead become fatigued and take 1d6 non lethal damage. I would assume RAI you can't simply take 2d6 and have it cascade, but RAW I don't see why the belt's own effect couldn't kick in twice (maybe ask your GM since you're filling a belt slot).
Potions of Lesser Restoration would work. Alternatively to remove the effect after battle the Azata Lyrakien can be selected as a improved familiar for a CG PC. The Traveler's friend ability (see below) can remove fatigue or exhaustion once per day after listening to the Lyrakien play for 1 minute.
I can't remember them at this moment but there are a few alchemical drugs that may remove this condition but at a cost you are likely unwilling to pay.
