Anyone else having problems loading Facebook?
Oops, sorry. A couple of slaadi and a Jack wanted to see what happens if you turn a poodle loose in a server room.
Don't worry; we're on the case. We'll keep adding poodles every 5 minutes until Facebook response improves.
Yeah, it's been crapping out for several of us the last hour-ish.

I hardly think adding MORE poodles is going to give a positive effect in any given situation...

{right eye still twitching} Now, now, Management has made their decision to stick to their plan. I know some of us don't agree, but we need to work together on this.
Besides {pops another xanax and a shot of Kahlua & coffee} what possible harm could come from stuffing hyperactive, humper-active, woolly canines into a room full of server racks that need to be kept cold? Don't answer that.
{pops out to Monster.com and begins updating escape plan, nee resume}

I read on the Internet that Whedon was casting him as one of the Great Lakes Avengers.

Actually I meant the animated movie, but I did enjoy the first Bay movie. I do so love Bay-splosions, and the fact that the man refuses to take himself seriously. I'm not sure what went wrong with the second movie. Part of me thinks people went overboard in their criticism, but whenever I see those two morons, my blood boils. I'm not sure how much of that was Bay and how much of it was the other guy behind the making of the movie.
I'll put some links to what I'm talking about in my post when I get home(if I can edit by then).

A great example of what I'm talking about in terms of the man not taking himself seriously.

I blame Lil Wayne (and his ilk), personally. For every Lupe Fiasco and Mos Def, you have fifty caricatures in the modern version of the minstrel show. So any character emulating that side of hip hop culture is going to pretty much just be flat out offensive, not funny. I miss Chuck D, Black Nubian, BDP, A Tribe Called Quest and a host of hip hop that used to elevate and commentate on the street experience, not lower the collective intelligence of the art form to mouth breathing levels.

I like such cariactures only when they refuse to take themselves seriously. Kinda like Michael Bay. Which is interesting, considering my long standing emnity with people named Michael.

I just hate anything that lessens what I consider one of the formative art forms of my life. And, to me, the issue isn't whether the "artists" take themselves seriously, it is whether the listeners do.

What's interesting is that I can see where you are coming from with respect to both Hip Hop AND Transformers.
Also, I'm one of those weird old school brothers who HATES hip hop, LOVES rap and DEPLORES what gangsta rap did to the latter form.

If you do it outside the country's borders, it's perfectly legal.

And bring down the wrath of the DOHS? Ironically, the birthplace of that nonsense also holds the largest population of Muslims in the U.S. When people start dropping like flies in Motown ...
I suggest a different strategy.
