Don't let them fool you, tribbles have sharp nasty pony teeth.
Edit: I wanted to type pointy, but I like the original better.
Yeah but when Sebastian wakes up he's gonna get his teeth back from 'em.

Given the alignment of Flumphs (lawful good) and the fact that tribbles are nearly defenceless, they wouldn't fight. The flumphs would eat them a few at a time if tribbles were acceptable food to the flumphs or, if tribbles were not considered a proper meal, the flumphs would take them as pets, which would help console the poor flying jellyfish after hard days of getting squashed by falling adventurers.

Tribbles are chaotic evil. I read that somewhere on the internet. Therefore, flumphs would be duty-bound to battle (epicly, I might add) them.
As for the choking theory, by the time the flumph finished choking on the tribble, it will have popped out 40 more. Tribbles win!
They can't reproduce without corn though, where was the corn? Doesn't anyone think of the corn!?
I wonder what tribble poo looks like now...

{looks in Urizen's Big Little Book of Conspiracies, vol 14:} Ah yes, flumphs are the next stage in development of the tribble. The final stage is {shudders}... a Poodle Lord, which like the tribble, is perpetually horny and hungry.

Yeah, but the same could be said about me, or even you for that matter. ;)

I thought I only existed in Urizen's head. I can reproduce? {looks around} Yeah, I guess there's plenty of room.
