Thanks for all your hard work, Doug!

I ate across from that guy at the Crab Pot the Thursday before PaizoCon. He's a faker! :p

I'm joking! Oh please no! No! NOOOOO!!!! *squish*

Congratulations Doug Doug...

Now if we could just get those little stars added to the subscriber tag area, it would be really kewl ;)

The Exchange 5/5

Thanks guys :) It took a lot of conventions and gamedays to get here, and I'm still waiting for my tiara...

Seriously, this is a mixed blessing since now I have a lot to live up to. I am sure there are some of you who could run a scenario as good or better than I can, but just don't have the free time or player base to GM constantly. I am proud of making it to 5 Stars and now I have to find a new goal (like finishing that scenario I submitted).

If you click on my user profile you can see all five. Take your time, soak them up... ;) I agree with Josh that another tag on the messageboards would be distracting.

Recount! I've never seen this guy GM before! Fake!

Let me say first from having known Doug for quite some time and having played at many of his tables, that he truly deserves this honor.

Let me say second that I will be taunting 5 star Doug greatly, some ways will in fact be rather vulgar. :)

Yay for Doug!!!!

So ... when did you sleep again? ^_^

Nice Job Doug Doug. Thats a lot of good hard work.

The Exchange 5/5

Aww, thanks again guys. I feel like gushing a-la Sally Field at the Oscars.

Many of us contribute what we can to this hobby, based on free time and a motivation to give back. Some write and edit, some create and compile. My privilege has been to drive all over the place and run scenarios for a healthy population of players in the Midwest. I wouldn't have those players coming back to my tables without the excellent scenarios written by our PFS contributors, not to mention this awesome game system supported by Paizo.

Sorry, no, we're not done with you yet. This is a big deal...I aspire to be as good and dedicated as you and so this should go on a bit longer.

This honor shows how much time and effort you've put into making Pathfinder a success and we appreciate it.

Congrats.

After seeing the requirements for being a 5 star DM, I didn't think meeting the requirements was humanly possible.

Apparently you aren't human Doug. Congrats.

Congratulations on your achievement, Mr. Miles. Many of us strive to reach the pinnacle you have already achieved. This is no small task, and I think you should bask in your glory! 'gratz!

And it is only by your guidance do I feel confident running 6 "classics" slots at Origins this weekend. Guidance plus having hard copies of every mod published and maps for most. ;-)

With this you are quite correct. He's half-construct, half-aboleth. Yes Master... leaving for Columbus now Master...

The odds are less than last year. He's *only* running 7 slots this year. Something about wanting to actually "play" a game at Gen Con. Not sure what he meant by that... :)

Sovereign Court

Congratulations Doug Doug! You're so awesome, everyone says your name twice!

Shadow Lodge 2/5

Wow, that's awesome, Doug. I'm only 95 or so scenarios and a visit from the Frost behind you...

Half construct and half aboleth, eh? I don't know about that. I would say full-blooded rakshasa - and that is why some people claim he is a fake... He has faked them out so well he made them fake themselves out.... or something.

Doug's a pretty decent guy - he got me into PFS literally on a whim on an evening when I just wanted to see how different it was from D&D v3.5, and we filled empty slots at the table. Ah, how I remember that night so vividly, when my pregen elven rogue contracted leprosy from a dying gnoll. I still have yet to feel the certain threat of a TPK from "TPK" Doug - or the Doug Doug.... or whatever.

He deserves it - but then all rakshasas believe they deserve what they have... The real question is, how many things do you have to take from others and how many bloody human sacrifices does it take to get to that point?

I ultimately credit a good portion of the success of my upcoming tengu article on his input and assistance in helping me to understand the game mechanics. What he doesn't know, he can find out - and in that sense is much like a living Pathfinder Encyclopedia.

Plus, he doesn't smell too awful funny, and that always helps. I won't mention any names, but I have had my fair share of stinky ones around lately - so I should know.

........ ......... ........ You're such a celebrity, Doug. Show-off. x.op
