So I find myself with extra time and am noodling around with starting up a campaign on the Paizo boards. The problem is that I have all of the published Adventure Paths, but they all look so fun and exciting I don't know which to consider.
Is there an AP that has received less attention, or is in particular demand right now? What do people want to see?
Please let me know. Thanks!

Second Darkness, for me, followed maybe by Legacy of Fire.
I've been in a couple of Second Darkness games, but neither of them made it more than a week or three past the intro tournament. One was an 'evil characters allowed game' and was so, so, so much fun.
I think the pugwampis killed the enthusiasm of the Legacy of Fire games I was in. Not tough encounters, just terribly frustrating.

Tanner,
Like Nazard said, there are a lot of Kingmaker games going on here right now....but there still seems to be enough interest from people still looking for a game.
From my perspective, there are a number of the APs that would be appealing. Rise of the Runelords would be fun, but I know that you were just brought into Reptilian's RotRL game. After that I would have to say Legacy of Fire or Second Darkness.

Seriously? I'd suggest running a single adventure/module instead of an AP. Each part of an AP is longer than a standard single adventure, and even the fastest pbp can take two years to get through just the first part. I've actually been wondering why we don't see more pbp of the stand-alone adventures.

+1 - DM's (and players) just don't realize how long it takes to complete an AP via pbp. If you don't know, it takes for-freakin-ever! I ran RHoD for an email group and it took me almost two years and we rarely stopped playing! It just takes a considerable amount of time via pbp.
Run a single module or maybe two modules that connect with each other. Players like to get in, have an adventure, and get out - there's that sense of accomplishment that really gets people juiced up about gaming instead of some drawn out campaign that takes years to complete.

+1
The modules or the PFS scenarios would be great for PbP. I'll bet you could get through one in just a few months. It is more flexible than the AP's too in terms of starting level. The AP's all start at 1, but scenarios and modules could start at any level.

+1 for Red Hand of Doom
or
Kingmaker
But I am brand new to PbP so don't concern yourselves with me because my schedule can be a bit daunting. I work in the oilfield and work a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off schedule when i'm working its a 12.5 to 13+ hour day rotating from one hitch of days and the next is nights but other then that i'm free on my 2 weeks off =).
Anyway depending i'd love to play a Kobold (I'd love to play a lizardfolk but + lvl adjustments screw it all up, so a short Kobold will do~ :P) or Human / Aasimar classes may vary depending on what the party needs. I've played in everything from 1st edition up (except 4.0). So definitely interested no matter what the adventure is. =)

Minor derailment just to say I agree absolutely with the discussion on running linked one-shots over a whole AP. It can work very well indeed. I currently have two groups playing through various adventures, loosely (very loosely in some cases) linked together. One has been running over two years now and they're just hitting paragon level, the other for a couple of months less than that.
The first group has stayed pretty much intact for most of that playing time, the second has changed entirely, but because I'm not having to focus on a particular AP, the whole thing can develop much more oganically and be built to suit the players at the time. They're both on their fourth outings.
And another derailment - the evil Second Darkness was hilarious and fun. Mordecai was a twisted sister.

Seriously, if anyone runs that game, I would do just about anything to get in.
