I'm pretty sure our collective energy sent him straight to apotheosis. These threads are his temple, but he is a distant deity, apparently. Occasionally, we see avatars of him. Right, Taig?
Shall we begin canonization? How does this start? Witnessed miracles?

Aren't these threads miracle enough?

Happy Independence Day to all my bretheren!

Reflect upon the unique wonder that is our system of government. You may not like it sometimes, you may not like who is in charge at any given point, but for 234 years (and yes purists, I know that's not strictly the real birthday of America, but that's how we roll. Go play soccer and cling to the last decade until Jan 1st =P) we have managed to forge a system of governance that has never had to be overthrown by force. Think on that for just a moment. No matter how terrible things get, the power is in our hands to change it. We may not appreciate it, but compare and contrast how some other countries roll, and I think you will find we do pretty well.

So Happy 4th of July, and enjoy your BBQs!

Hmmm, weirdness amongst the boards. Just posted in an archived thread, and it didn't get pulled up. What shall we do when thread necromancy is uncertain?

Also having trouble entering threads just started. Anyone else having these issues? Are we bending the system's architecture again? Is it time for FAWTLYon 5?

It just may be, Patrick. Now, as for the name.....

I played that! Beta tested it, actually. Pretty good game, I thought.

I loved it and the sequel. Even the wife would play it with me, damn we need some more good platform based fantasy multi player games!

Very cool that you got to Beta test that. :)

FFXIV is coming out for both 360 and PS3. I'm hoping to get in on the Beta for that as well. (I've been lucky. Have Beta'd The EQ PS2 game, WoW, DDO, Age of Conan... a few others, I can't recall at the moment.)

I played FFXI on the PC and was addicted like a crack whore for a couple years. I'm hoping XIV is as good, but I'll play it on PS3, most likely.

I can't remember the last FF game I played, but I threw the damn thing away because it wasn't a game it was a funking MOVIE. :/
Last FF game I played was 7 and I barely did any of it before I got bored and went back to killing stuff in Resident Evil and beating the crap out of stuff in Tekken... :D

That's funny, I've had the same experience with recent Resident Evil games.

This is for you all, my FAWTL friends!

This is pretty good. Enjoy.

This one is for Moorluck and Solnes.

Yup, we all died in the Iron Heroes campaign game last night. :( The monsters involved in the encounter was a big difficulty, the circumstances (tertrain and location and giving away our location with light sources) of the encounter was another, starting the encounter with one character down was big, a few minor tactical mistakes, and a lot of poor rolling was the closer.

We will all have our new characters ready to go in a couple weeks so we can die again.

Oh, happy 4th to everyone.

Your A face to her O face? I must scope your FB friends list again soon.

The one whom I've been seeing? Things are looking a bit better. She's coming around to understanding exactly what I am, and it's a good thing.

We both still have a lot of issues in our personal lives and whatnot to iron out, but I think once things settle, I hope to be taking myself off the market.

No "a" or "o" faces. Not yet. She's an amazing woman, I don't want to screw this up.

A sex act with 2 male parties and a single other party. Maybe a blow up doll could be substituted

Great. Now it's been demystified. I was going to get it tangential on a Trinitarianism allegory. But it's ruined now. *sniffle*

Then again, there's always ATM.

As a footnote, we're just looking for affordable design ideas for the house when we're ready to put it up on the market.

Damn skippy. I've got a bunch of the short ones with my various books on them, plus at least one taller one. But, we've got some rearranging and consolidating to do so I may be going for a couple of the tall ones, in order to replace more of the smaller ones.
