So what books if any are being read in FaWTLand?

I was reading Swords and Ice Magic, but I stopped and plowed through The Oracle and into The Walrus and the Warwolf. Also, I started poking through The Ring of Words after listening to the lectures on iTunesU and reading English Words in History.

I searched on DriveThruRPG and noticed there are now more products there for Pathfinder than for old editions of D&D (any pre-3). Wow.

Very nice! Wish I had some old ones. All the few I had at one time have been lost over time.

Just left work before UFC116. stress levels going way down now.

Just popping in quick to say hi.

Solnes & Moorluck: Sorry your having a rough time. Damn, LPM, we know your Chuck Norris-tough, you don't have to prove you're immune to poison to us. Seriously though glad you got off without more serious injury. That sounded really scary.

Jyu1ch1: Welcome! Hope your muse keeps inspiring you and you get plenty of practice with your Wacom. Maybe you will be able to contribute something for Wayfinder #4.

Amby! *hugs* Hope you're having a great weekend.

I'm actually quite surprised that I've managed to hold onto them for all these years.

Hmm, CJ seems to be riding a time machine in the Artisty thread. I think the PMG needs to get out his pokey stick agin ...

Thanks for the good wishes, but this week has seriously sucked. Ugh, I'd like to call Lacuna, Inc and have them just delete it from my brain.

Hope you and SP are well, and the "box problem" is resolved (I still have no idea what that was about).

Yes... the "box." <_< >_> It's all good....

Everyone has had a sucky week and the start of a sucky weekend, it seems. We need Sebastian to sprinkle rainbows and sparkle dust over FaWTL.

I'd settle for Moorluck and Urizen going scorched earth from a chopper while playing Ride of the Valkyries. :)

No, just no.

That alias is a little too close to home. Please get rid of it.

I've heard that imitation is the highest for of flattery. What can I say, I really like you. But in the interest of keeping the peace, I'm willing to put that alias aside and never touch it again, if that is what you really want.

Please do so.

Snooplatini and Teagan are cool, don't worry about those. Those fall under a more comedic take on the bird-brain thing. I was just a little freaked out because Studly Puffin wasn't a spoof, it was more a direct copy. It's really hard to tell the difference between that and my name at a glance, and the persistent posting really isn't my thing. I would like to avoid identity confusion.

Thanks TAD.

Caw.

The "appear" command isn't working anymore for those. I only see some posts in other people's reply quotes.

So I talk hubby into watching St. Elmo's Fire with me. I had never seen it. Half way through the movie he gets all fidgety. Up and down up and down. Finally he disappears for good. I finish watching the movie. Get up, feed the cat, change the litter box and set out in search of my hubby. Where do I find him? On teh floor in Kellen's room, with Kellen on the other side and an army of Marvel Hero's between them.
I have given them until midnight until it is WAY past Kellen's bedtime and officially time for him to hit the sack. Hope they can win the war in 15 minutes. They are so stinking cute!

SO what do you drink down under Flash?

Root Beer is only as good as those who made it.

I like Ginger Beer personally. And the only time I had Root Beer was when I was in LA in '88.

Oh, me too! What kind is consumed down under?

AFA rootbeer goes, I like IBC Root Beer, and the stuff they serve on tap down on the Strand, Galveston, TX in a place called LaKing's, which has an old time soda fountain. A&W and Barq's aren't my thing. Anybody else have any rec's in this dept?

I'm particularly fond of Goose Island Root Beer. One of my few real weaknesses in the soda department. I usually prefer to drink mineral water. :)

Bryce is very hyper after the fireworks tonight, but overall he behaved really well. Yay. :)
Guess I better get him to bed now.

Oh, and that really does sound adorable Solnes. Hope they had a fun war. :)

Yeah, until he does something uber evil. Then she's all like "Nuh!" and won't stand for it.
