the bad thing for me was that I was a chewer at the time(read: skoal) having a dip in and watching that movie was a bad thing.

Speaking of plot holes, anyone ever see Legion? Just watched that last night and man talk about not wrapping things up/ praying for a sequel to be budgeted in ...
Was it good enough for a sequel? I skipped it was not sure it was worth a first look.
PS did you notice my FB replies?
I will give more as time goes by. Not sure if they help or not.

Oh and Legion was OK, worth renting for a few cool yoinkable bits. Some real interesting film shots and some good unique (kinda) apocalyptic stuff. Be a great inspiration for a D20 Apocalypse Earth Inherited game

The Happening is not that bad, it just is not any good.

They absolutely do CJ. I have making that homebrew in limbo for a loong time. It's good to hear some feedback. I liked the whole 'Halfling' proposition and your calendar remarks. I was quite proud of the Xoltec calendar when I made it.

Never read that one before. I own Testament, I am sure it would be a nice background book and monster manual for it.

The story is much scarier TAD. I think it's in King's Skeleton Crew collection.

The Mist is awesome just walk out at the right moment. when they drive off and are talking about how many bullets they have left, walk out of the theater or turn off the DVD. :)

It was the ending that I hated the most. But don't get me started on the whole Supermarket mob plot. :[

That's how I felt about The Day After Tomorrow.

Well, that was one of the first movies I ever saw where the ending was actually unhappier in the movie than the story. Usually it's the other way around.

That's actually one of my favorites. I love on-the-cusp-of-the-apocalyspe type movies. Much more so than post apocalypse.

Yeah that's how I proactively felt about 2012, which is why I haven't seen it

It wasn't as bad as The Day After Tomorrow. But that's about all I can say about it.
(I love our library. They pretty well keep all movies in stock. Checking out a movie for free is good.)

FB? I'm not seeing it.
I don't think CF was the kind of movie that was meant to fill all the plot holes. If you were experiencing a monster attack first hand, there'd be lots of plot holes. I found POV made it a lot scarier than a movie that answers everything.
