I doubt it would be a problem. After all, I'm running CoT with 5 characters including my Cleric.
But if you could interest him in Savage Tide instead that'd be better since right now we only got two for that one, three if I throw in a character which I'm willing to do. One more and we could start.
On that note, I just discovered I'm missing the first issue of that campaign, so I'll be home-brewing the begining from what I remember. Luckily I've run that first issue about four times so I have a good idea of what's involved. It just means you'll bypass some pointless combats and do more RP, which might be the case all the way through. :)

Looking through the beta Classes, we could run a whole group with classes just from there. You got your cavalier for a fighter, your inquisitor for a rangerish rogue (I actually really like the inquisitor) your Oracle for divine spells (backed up by the inquisitors divine spells) and a Witch for Arcane. All the ingredients are there.
Brycen, you're talking about playing a Summoner, just be aware that a lot of people have complained baout it being to powerful on the boards. Not sure how it's been changed already but I know initially it wasn't really well balanced. Just a caution.

I did find that the Inquisitor seems to work best with a LG or at least NG diety. Working the chaotic angle seems easy. It could be good to do the doing evil for the greater good angle... but that seems harder to justify to your diety than just breaking a few laws.
Iomedae would be good... So would Sarenrae but you've already done that. :)
To Dorgar: I think we have 4 for this, though they haven't all posted. Up to Savaru if he wants to take in a fifth. I'll ask him next time I see him, probably tomorrow.

Iomedae would seem like the easiest one for me to come up with a background/purpose. I'm trying to read about the other gods to see if I can come up with something different.. *shrug* Maybe Shelyn, doing bad to protect the good. ;) A Serenity sort of thing.
I think Erastil would work good too since we're going into the wilds and he's LG.

I looked over the playtest stuff and I'm debating over a Summoner (my first pick) and Witch. (or I could just do a Sorcerer)
But Summoner sounds like a LOT of fun~! So I might just do that... but a d8 hit die isn't really a squishy... neither is his Average BAB... thats why I feel conflicted.
It seems more like a ranger (Cause they get spells too) and a Familiar. So in essence, the class doesn't feel "Squishy" but it does look like a LOT of fun, like I said. So I don't know... I'm torn between an actual squishy (witch) and a fun sounding class (Summoner).
I'm TORN~! (`T.T)

So go with a summoner and give yourself an 8 con and a quarterstaff for a weapon to make him more squishy. :)
Really though I'd go with a Witch with a high Int and Charisma. But that's just me.

Ok... here it is. I'll be playing a Oracle. Curse Cloudy Vision - Mystery Wind.
Human Bonus feat: Prof Heavy Armor
level 1 Feat: Augment Healing
All "Cure" Spells.
So far that's what I've decided on. Still need the stats and stuff... plus BG. So far my dwarf is pretty much done. I just need to make the BG 'colorful'.

Well here's my witch. I'm still working on a background for her but that might depend a lot on the campaign traits. I'm also going to re-read the section on Brevoy since I think that's where we're starting from. All I got right now is that she is very non-religious, and has a bat for a familiar. Which gives her darkness and shadow conjuration/evocation spells. Now if only I could give her darkvision. :)

Adriana |

Okey. Here's my final Witch. Complete with BG and looks. Lemme know what you think. Obviously this'll be modified slightly by the particular Campaign Trait.
I'm really looking forward to this starting. Hopefully James' absense from the boards the past couple weeks doesn't become permanent. That would make me sad.

Adriana |

I picked mine from the main trait book. It's a free download on Paizo, just do a search for traits and you'll probably find it under products.
There have been some others in various splat books too, but those are all situational. Either regional, race, or religiously oriented.

Hey Bryson, is that your actual BG or just a placeholder? I only ask because it seems kind of disjointed. For instance, you never really say why he's an oracle of wind? I mean, why is he so connected to wind, weather, and electricity? Also, the fluff writeup on the Oracle says that they usually venerate all of the deities relating to their mystery. They just don't worship any specific one exclusively. I can't see these deities giving someone power if that someone was going to not follow them at all. Is this something that you're planning to mature through RP? That's why it seems kind of like a placeholder, it doesn't seem like it's all there.
Oh, and if I were you I wouldn't take Heavy Armor Prof at 1st level unless you're going to be wearing it at 1st level. You can always pick it up at 3rd. Just my advice though, discard at your leisure. :)
I don't think we're picking roles for ruling the kingdom yet. That should probably also come through RP. After all, Jim's char is only a point behind you in Charisma, is older, and has a higher wisdom as well :) That said, I think Adriana is going to go for Spymaster though. It's really the only one that fits for her.
I really dig the exploration of the unknown lands hex by hex. Seeing what you discover in each one. That's pretty awesome.
Supper stoked about starting this... It looks awesome. No pressure James. :)

For now, it's just a place holder BG. But in essence it'll follow that. I know I need to think it more through and "beautify" it more. I'm just too tired right now to care. Originally I was going to go with Ease of ?forget? that pretty much says you were raised with a different pov on deities than other people. With another +1 on Diplomacy for a starting bonus of +11 in it. But I changed it to the Sacred Touch.
