Philip looks at these thugs, and has seen their types before, always shaking people down for money. Apparently, being undead has not changed their attitudes at all. He inwardly winces on Ash's question, but it is too late to object now, and his hand slowly strays to his sword hilt...
On their response, he says smoothly, "I would advise you to leave her alone, she is working for us now, and our new bosses don't want anything to interfere with our jobs, right?" Bluff 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Initiative 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28

Seeing as how our opponents are courteous enough to take us on one-on-one, rather than ganging up on one of us, I'm thinking that we should do the same. I'll take on the one who attacked me.

One of the other skeletons attacks Ash
1d20 + 10=>(12)+12=22 (to hit)
1d8 + 4=>(8)+4=12 damage (bludgeoning)
Ash grunts under the powerful blow, both feeling and hearing 'things' snap and break inside her. She pulls both her light maces and swings to attack, hoping to at least leave a mark upon her assailants before she is sent into the great beyond.
Att Roll(1):1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Att Roll(2):1d20 ⇒ 18

*Salutes* Well, it looks like it was nice knowing folks...:P I don't see Ash surviving another strike.

Philip hears his own bones breaking, and strangely does not feel any pain, just a greyish sensation, like his spirit lost some connection to his body. What an odd sensation.
Realizing things have turned desperate, he decides to try a risky maneuver, to disarm his opponent.
Disarm attack, provokes an AoO. Attack 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (10) + 6 = 16, if the attack hits, then Philip will have him drop the mace he is wielding.

AoO
1d20 + 12
1d20 + 6your attack did hit so you've dissarmed him...
Actually, with that hit Philip is at 0 hp, so since he is undead, he is dead, err...dead again...errr...destroyed I think. If that is not the case then he is just staggered. In any event he is still disarmed.
