I'm trying to get the math right, since I know that getting it wrong leads to bad things. So I'm trying the math on some of the items from the Beta Book but am coming up with incorrect results.
Case in point:
Eyes of Doom
First power: Doom on command- User activated, Spell level times caster level times 2000
or
1 x 11 x 2000 = 22,000
Second Power: Continual Deathwatch- Continuous, Spell level times caster level times 2000
1 x 11 x 2000 = 22,000
Total so far, 44,000
Third Power: Fear once per week- User activated, Spell level times caster level times 2000 = (assuming sorcerer/wizard spell)
4 x 11 x 2000 = 88,000
Total all told, 132,000
Divide by the uses per day (5 divided by 0.14825 or 1/7 = 35) and two additional abilities: multiply by 1.5 twice
Total after final calculation = 8485 gp without decimals.
I know I'm complicating this more than I should, but any help is sincerely appreciated.

most wondrous items are not priced using the table guidelines... theya re priced by comparing them to other somewhat similar items and figuring out a good price from there.
Agreed, though your numbers look correct. Litmus it by asking yourself is the item less favorable than an 8.5k +2 sword? Is it a steal?
(I am guessing on the price of a +2 sword, but you get my idea.)
EDIT: though looking again, why a first level spell cast by 11 caster? Why not lower level caster such as the 8 or 9 needed for the third spell?

That caught my eye as well.
So I'd say: check your math, do you really need to have deathwatch active at a caster level of 11? I don't think so.

And,
I'd calculate as follows:
fear effect 1/week = 4 x 7 x 2000 , divide by 5 and now for some black magic, divide by two again = 4800
deathwatch = 1 x 1 x 2000 = 2000
doom = 1 x 1 x 2000 = 2000
4800 + (0.75 x 2000) + (0.5 x 2000) = 7300 gp
hmm, comparing it to the 25000 gp that it seems to cost I am way off.
Basically, Eyes of Doom are just not worth it ;>

The way Piazo reads,
Multiple Similar Abilities: For items with multiplesimilar abilities that don’t take up space on a character’s
body, use the following formula: Calculate the price of the
single most costly ability, then add 75% of the value of the
next most costly ability, plus one-half the value of any other
abilities.
Since these take up the face slot you can't reduce by 75% and 50%. Here is my calculations breaking up many different ways to try to come up with price close enough...All and all my point is, find an item that is close to the price and use that price...IE ADHOC.
Doom clr 1 1min/lvl use activated- 1*11*2000 = 22000 (CL 2nd 1*2*2000= 4000) (CL 7 1*7*2000= 14,000)
Deathwatch clr 1 10min/lvl – 1*2*2000 =4,000*1.5 (10min/lvl continuous)= 6,000
Fear sor/wiz 4 1rd/lvl 4*7*2000 = 56000/5 = 11,200 (1/day price usage) /7 (since it’s 1/week)= 1600
Total price = 29,600 @ CL11th
Total price= 11,600 @ CL 2
Item can’t be at CL2 because of the Fear ability, so minimum CL of item for Fear (7th), so @ CL 7 total price would be = 21,600, 13,600 @ CL 3rd Doom effect. Take your pick, none of these options match the price.

Made some observations
You are correct ofcourse, but quoting the SRD:
Multiple Similar Abilities
For items with multiple similar abilities that don’t take up space on a character’s body use the following formula: Calculate the price of the single most costly ability, then add 75% of the value of the next most costly ability, plus one-half the value of any other abilities.
Multiple Different Abilities
Abilities such as an attack roll bonus or saving throw bonus and a spell-like function are not similar, and their values are simply added together to determine the cost. For items that do take up a space on a character’s body each additional power not only has no discount but instead has a 50% increase in price.
It just makes more sense to me to use the similiar ability stacking method to adjucate prices if the basic ability is the same. I seem to recall some further errata on this in Blood and Tome, which Paizo cannot just ofcourse because it is WotC IP.
But the basic lesson is that Eyes of Doom are weak, weak, weak.
