As much as I love these ideas, I'd much rather have Gary get a minion to do this so that he can continue to focus on getting us reporting functionality for PFS, a wishlist, combined sub/non-sub orders, and a partridge in a pear tree. That said, Gary! Where's my pdf!?!?!

Well if you are going there then why wait for the book to ship? The PDF was available late September, they could just charge us for the PDF when it gets released then charge the balance for the full AP when it ships :)
They already said their current system won't do that though so I wasn't trying to get greedy.
