I noticed something odd. At the end of Part 3, on page 40, under the section entitled "Incriminating Evidence", it says just possessing the deed to the Gold Goblin makes the PCs the owners of the establishment. It then says to read the "Concluding the Adventure" section to see just what that entails.
It doesn't even hint at what the PCs have to look forward to as new business owners. Did someone forget to write that piece, or was it omitted for the sake of space? Just curious. Plus, if you could give us the details, that'd be super.

P.S. Why isn't the name of the gambling house the Golden Goblin? That just sounds better, doesn't it?

I wrote quite a bit of primer material for my players before I noticed it wasn't named the Golden Goblin. Then I weighed the odds that my players would care more about the wait staff dressed in next to nothing than they would about a couple of minor irregularities between my text and things on the handouts. Not even close. Nobody's said a word.

Dr. Jacobs posted elsewhere that it got left out and that the info would be included in Pathfinder 14.

It's not the "Golden Goblin" because it's called the "Gold Goblin." :-P
If your PCs secure the deed, of course, they can change the name if they want!
As for the deed itself, we should have said "Check out the next adventure" rather than "Check out the concluding the adventure." Basically, detailing the effects of what's going on at the end of the adventure took up all the space we had. And since the adventure ends at that point... there's not technically much of a chance for the PCs to be business owners therein anyway.
SO! We just moved that information into the next adventure; there's about a page of info that talks about what happens if the PCs want to go into business or hire folk to run the Gold Goblin for them or sell it or whatever.
