Just some of them. Who knows, though? If the line grows really popular it is possible we will go back to older volumes and "fill in" oft-requested characters and creatures.
Is there something in particular you're looking for?
My group likes using miniatures. They made their own characters rather than use the pre-generated ones though. If I'm able to pick up all the monster miniatures I need for a given Pathfinder module at once, that would be attractive to me. I'm not as concerned about the optional monsters presented but not used. In fact, if the whole set was sold as a package, I'd probably pick them up as I got the modules. But, I've gotten used to this from the Federation Commander products that have been matching miniature products with game products since the line was introduced.

Frankly, given one or the other, I'd prefer to see the critters from the Bestiaries rather than the Iconic NPC's. I have plenty of PC-like miniatures, but I don't have anything that can accurately represent most of the Bestiary entries.
Honestly, Erik, I don't know what I'd do with a Seoni miniature.

But I want a count of the number of young women who enter the Gen Con costume contest as Seoni.
That might be more of a Dragon*Con outfit!

Giant minis would be cool, although they tend to be prohibitively expensive. Interestingly, Reaper just released a very Pathfinder-ish stone giant warrior. They seem to have a knack for consistently releasing minis with a Wayne Reynolds look a short time after the art hits the stands ...
Speaking of WAR, I just read his interview in Kobold Quarterly and really dug the sketch of a more heavily-armored Valeros. Any chance we could see a special-edition Valeros mini with the helmet and a few added armor plates?

I hope they have a knack for Rune Giants :)

Lisa, while you are here.....
are there any official plans to how many miniatures will come out for each adventure path or individual Pathfinder volumes?
Just curious about the number of Golarion specific ones we will see, budget related :-)
Initially, Crocodile is planning six or seven releases (though releases may include more than 1 mini) for each volume.

I usually support Paizo with many of their products but I don't think I can get behind these. Why? Well, I got the GameMastery Compleat Encounters and I thought they were ok as far as the actual senerio went, the maps we just 'blah' I don't hate them but they don't spark me. Finally, the minis were ok, but the bases were so oversized...it was kind of irritating.
Now, that was older stuff and they may have learned something from the GameMastery Compleat Encounters line. But from what I've read, the scale is 28 mm. Most of the minis out now (D&D minis) are 25 mm. And the prices are quite high. Valerous is $7.95, most Reaper PC minis are about $5.
I just have my doubts so far, I may be swayed though...

To be clear, we're not making the Pathfinder minis—they're made by Crocodile Games. Thus, they don't have the integrated bases that all of our minis had—they have standard slot bases. The scale is similar to recent D&D Minis.

I have got to say, a slotted base sounds better. And as far as which to make, I have to agree that I would rather see minis that are new monsters from the modules or adventure path. Maybe some sets of monsters from each module would be cool as well. Kind of like the Compleat Encounters but more expensive with more minis.

I noticed Valeros and Seoni are on back order. When are they going to be back in?
Also, any idea when the other Iconics will become available as minis?
We're working on restocking.
Crocodile was planning on one iconic each month, but I gather there's been some talk of possibly speeding that up.

Can we pay extra to have them painted? I won't use unpainted minis and I don't paint. Unfortunately this causes me to be stuck with WoTC plastic minis...
Perhaps Paizo/Reaper would consider having a "paint" area in their assembly line and give us the option of ordering painted or unpainted?

There are independent studios which will do this. It's expensive.

So not as part of the production process? About how much are they? Is there a website?

Prices vary widely according to the level of quality you desire. Doing a websearch for Miniature Painting Service will give you a large list of studios.
One I've used in the past and really liked their work is PigmentedMiniatures.com.
