I'm not too sure what the time difference is - I thought he might be reaching the office round about now, so I guess I'm out an hour or so. I'm not sure how vigorously he patrols the site, so I wanted it fairly visible, so maybe I'll "bump" again before I head home tonight in an hour or so.
Cheers Heathy - by way, if Seb doesn't fancy it, would you want to take part?

Most of the posting actually seems to happen at work, so far as I can tell - certainly it does for me, and with the time difference anyone in the US is either asleep or at work while I am up and about. This is an antidote to worktime boredom rather more than anything else.

Another of the PCs has gone pretty quiet of late (one simply vanished and was replaced fairly seamlessly, while we had the drop out today too) so it may be that another space will come up anyway even if Seb does take part - I'll put you in pole position if that happens.

I suggest you give it a go and see. We are spread across timezones so there is no pressure to respond in realtime. The way it seems to work is that we post once or twice a day. I'll generally do a biggish post setting out the situation in the morning (my time) and people will gradually post as they come online during the day. - rarely post contemperaneously with Mothman as he is in Oz. The only real constraint would be if you didn't have any time at all in the day when you could post. Shall we give it a go?
If so, do you want to create your own character or use the one whose player has just dropped out? And have you been dropping by and so have an awareness of the plot, or would you like a refresher?

In terms of character level, everyone is 1st level still (though on the cusp of 2nd). The character dropping out is a halfling cleric. You can either simply pick up that character (Nox) and run with him (makes character integration fairly easy) or create your own - I'm easy whatever you choose.
If you are creating your own, have a look at the guidance noted in the discussion thread attached to the PBP (An Eberron Campaign). The party will be a bit light on healing without Nox, though we do have a paladin. It has plenty of muscle - pally, ranger, barbarian and even the rogue has STR 16 - and a mage for arcane coverage.

I'll roll with the halfing cleric. Off to read the thread...
