Ambient tones (Alpha wave stimulation) for relaxation and creativity. I'm not sure how much stock I put into it, but either I've just calmed down naturally from the way I felt this morning or it DID help. Some folks on here know I have pretty severe depression and anxiety issues, and add vertigo and anger from an unknown source to that mix and I was having a real hootenanny in my brain.

Maybe this will help?
