Stormwrack includes deckplans for a Caravel, Keelboat, Cog, Pinnace and Theurgeme (magical paddle-ship), as well as a specific pirate brig, the Sable Drake. They are downloadable at high resolution here:
It's also worth browsing some of the deckplans at the Spelljammer site - many of them are too outlandish for a traditional sea-bound campaign, but some are conventional enough to use.
For images, I suggest simply entering the ship class names into a Google Images search. You'll find a few diretly that way, as well as sites that carry a range of such images.

Hey MarkB, I just noticed you. Weren't you a frequent poster on the WotC Eberron board?
Yes. I'm still around on the WotC boards, though I only infrequently browse the Eberron boards these days (still love the setting, just got out of the habit of reading the boards).
These days, I mostly read WotC's general D&D boards, and run and play in several games on the Real Roleplay boards. I also broswe the ENWorld boards.

I must admit that I am looking at Sid Meier's Pirates! for ship examples. I'm not certain of the time line/ era with concern toward various ship types. The game is set in the 1600's [which is close to the level of tech I use in my home campaigns]but I don't know which ships would be closer to that period.
I think STAP uses the carravel as the standard ship of it's time which would be late 1400's early 1500's (I think).
