Pirates hired the differently abled before it was PC. Missing a leg and a hand? Here's a peg leg and a hook, welcome aboard! No left eye? Here's an eye patch, you don't need depth perception to swab the deck! If you're not afraid of hard work and have few qualms about killing you could find work as a pirate. A good pirate captain realizes that you don't need to have all your body parts to be an effective killer.

Ninjas only seem to hire completely healthy employees. Not only do they clearly practice nepotism (you guys just happen to all be from the same clan? Really? What are the chances?) but they also discriminate against those that are differently abled.

... don't really recall anywhere that ninjas dont get women. Their women are likely just far more cleaner with actually kissable breath! Ever think the "wench" thing is promoted so much because they're compensating a little?
