I´m from Spain and I haven´t received received dungeon 129 yet. This is the second time in a row that it happens because 128 was very late. I know that what happened with dungeon 128 was an error but I don´t know what has happened this time. I read in the messageboards that someone in Uk received dungeon 129 in November 1st. What has happened with my issue? Shouldn´t I have received my issue yet?
Thanks in advance for your answers.

I've griped about slow mail service in a number of threads. Recently, I vented my frustrations about Dungeon #128 by starting another thread. But they are showing up — eventually.
These are my standings for November's Dragon and Dungeon (yeah, Dragon only showed up last Wedsnesday).
Dungeon #128
Shipped: 20 Sep
Arrived: 28 Oct
Interval: 38 days
Dragon #337
Shipped: 04 Oct
Arrived: 09 Nov
Interval: 36 days
According to my Spot check, I see a trend developing. I'll give each mag ~40 days before crying for a replacement. At that rate I expect Dungeon #129 by 25 Nov and Dragon #338 by 9 Dec. Hopefully they arrive "early".

I live near Toronto in Canada and have noticed that over the past couple of months things have gone completely haywire :/ TO this date I still have not received Dragon no.337 (Which I believe shiiped over 6 weeks ago, nearly 7) and nor have I received Dungeon 129.
Last time I had to ring up Customer Service and they kindly sent me a replacement copy for Dungeon 128 which arrived promptly thereafter.
Before this things went relatively smoothly, usually receiving them 3 weeks or so after ship-date.... does anyone know why this might be? I have no complaints with Customer Service, they're a kind and efficient bunch of people....... but it does get rather annoying waiting that long, all the while the issues I am yet to receive, taunting me from the magazine racks...... soon Dragon #339 will have shipped whilst I still haven't received #337, 3 issues in the post that would be :/
Any help/news would be great :D

I'm in Edmonton, Alberta, and (as I've harped on before) my experience is similar. My running theory had been transport issues relating to the recently astronomical price of gas, but here in the Oil Capitol of Canada the price has been dropping steadily for weeks. Just yesterday I filled for a "mere" 76.9 ¢/L (US = $2.45/gal).

Same. For a while, mine were arriving on "newsstand Tuesday" or the Friday of that week at the latest.

Indeed they are. As has been mentioned by many others, neither Customer Service nor anyone else at Paizo has any control of our mags once they've shipped. You and I are subject to the whims of both the USPS and Canada Post.
Still no 129 here in Missouri. I will wait till Monday and then I will try to email the customer.service mailbox and let them know my situation. Is that the correct protocol? Should I wait till the 25th or so...like the other poster said?
Yeah, but living up North, I (grudgingly) expect my issues to be weeks late. In your spot, I'd have already listed it as MIA.

US subscribers can mail customer service after two weeks, but we really prefer that you give it another week if you can be patient.
Anybody who is consistently getting issues predictably late - if you can, you might want to try changing the address that your issue is shipped to, ideally to an address in a different zip code.

Im in Hamilton Ontario(about 1hr from Toronto) and Dragon 337 just came today I had a replacement dungeon 128 sent and the original showed up first of last week (same day as replacement) so i'm averaging about 7 weeks to get things.
I'm gonna try and keep track of things as well.
Its not that big a deal to me either way since i'm in the middle of SCAP.I think for me the biggest thing is just getting use to expecting that delay in advance as long as they get here eventually I'll still enjoy them.
hopefully I'll get Dungeon 129 in about 2 to 3 weeks.

Holy dual delivery, Batman! Dragon #338 arrived today. That's pretty wild, since Dungeon #129 only showed up on Tuesday (see above). Based on the abuse its baggy took, it seems to have had a rough ride (usually both titles arrive near-mint), but it made it in one piece, and in only 24 days — beating my Dec. 9 deadline by far. I hope this signals a return to normalcy....

Return to Normalcy? Should arrive after 2 weeks? You folks at customer service are great and everything is handled quickly, and I believe you when you say the post office is at fault.
I have not, however received any of my magazines within two weeks, or three weeks of ship time. They are in the stores before they reach me, as well as to neighboring county subs.
The only reason I subscribe is for the savings. 338 has not arrived, and by the standards I have seen since subscribing, it will not arrive until late this week or early next week.
I do not want a replacement sent.

"Heh kinda funny Dragon 338 Came today 2 days after 337 :-)
Kinda funny still no 129 dungeon tho..but we'll see how it goes.
Glad to see it just isn't my postal code area that was holding things up"
Exactly the same here! Sounds like it's the post office for sure, as I live in Burlington, ON...... just up the road.
Still no sight of Dungeon #129 though! Very odd.

Funny thing, 129 arrived here in germany three days ago (27th) and 130 yesterday, so I guess someone at U.S.Mail was messing things up pretty good ("hey Joe, whats these crates doing over there?").
IIRC, North American subscribers get their issues via a different route than those outside the "New World", but I'm all for wild theories, and have been entertaining the same thoughts as MicMan.
I imagine all the copies of an issue leave Paizo (or their printers') in a big ol' mail bag (or twelve) and immediately enter the USPS system. Now, what if that bag(s) got "misplaced" for a week or two right at the source? Wouldn't that result in the long wait (coupled with the sudden arrival of successive issues) most of us are experiencing?

Got my 129 today. Thank you for the great service. 130 also arrived either yesterday or today.

hmmm, #130 arrived promptly on Dec 2. I've still seen neither hide nor hair of #129 so i guess it just went missing. as i've received no response from my queries about it so far, i just bought it at my local game store. so don't bother sending it at this point. if possible just credit my subscription to start with the first issue i have actually received- #130. thanks!

Dungeon #130 must have Improved Initiative; it arrived today — in only 15 days and during the Holiday crunch (as Vic put it). That's definately a speed record. And it's in virtually mint condition, as usual. Now if only my Dragon Compendium (shipped Dec. 2) would arrive....
It doesn't matter what day of the week it is, I'm always anxiously awaiting the arrival of something from the good folks at Paizo. ;-)
