As you watch further, however, his arms seem to merge with the growing wings and while claws grow, they're only on his feet. What he ends up as look a bit like a small drake, though he's got a hard beak-like mouth.

The bird-drake hisses and leaps into the sky after the dragon, the glowing aura of light flaring as he gets close to the undead, circling up from below. "Your time isss s'over!" Evidently the beak gives the Dragon a bit of a lisp.

The form's snout grows sharp with serrated teeth. But it looks like Rhaegal may have concentrated a bit too much on the wings. Without the bigger size, the wings are over-large and his limbs are too short. It's mostly wings and a massive sharp beak/mouth. While not quite a dragon, it does bear some resemblance to a drake, perhaps a proto-drake?

The Dragon-frog is pleased that the Biloko seems intent on fighting him. He sees Rannarix in a similar, although perhaps more precarious situation. But either way, if the Dragons can keep them busy, the others have more time to kill them from afar.

Rhaegal roars in the face of the Black Biloko, hoping to scare it with a croaking roar. Then he goes to trade bites with the creature.

I think Rhaegal's readied action goes off from last turn on the Black Biloko. Attack roll of 30 for 10 damage.

The Dragon-frog croaks and tries to bite the Biloko back. While you wouldn't expect a frog to have teeth, this is a dragon...frog...thing. Sharp dragon teeth flash and come down on the Biloko. Then Rhaegal kicks away from the creature, trying to lure it towards him again.

Out of the water shoots a coppery and gold scaled...frog? A giant frog to be sure, and it has small wings and a dragon-like snout, but its webbed feet and croak are definitely frog-like. The dragon-frog gives a snort of frustration and then darts off, swimming out to the wreckage before leaping onto the deck.

When the dwarf begins to flounder in the water, trying to save his precious gunpowder, the dragon-frog circles around him. Rhaegal croaks and snorts and swims under the dwarf to help him.
